Great video! Been unsatified with Ford's yellow headlights since I purchased my truck. What is Ford thinking? OK, I feel confident to do this project. Thank YOU! I also noticed all the Facebook recommendations for SeaLight. That’s awesome! They will give a lot better visibility! Just be careful driving in fog. I had to change my housings to projectors because in the stock housings, the LEDs were blinding oncoming traffic when it was foggy. Where I live it’s strangely foggy most fall and winter so people kept flashing me. I put LED flush pods in my rear bumper too! They add a ton of light. Thanks for watching! Let me know how your install goes
Sup sorry for the delay. For low beams it’s H11 for high it’s 9005. Here’s a link for Amazon: amzn.to/46ffkyo You can also check the manual for your truck to verify bulb sizes.
Funny how this instruction Manual actually has some useful information on it. Great install/review video. Has anyone been flashing their brights at you after install?
Thanks for watching! 😂 That’s true!! I commend them for being very detailed! No problems for over a month... then early one foggy morning, I got flashed twice. So only in inclement weather.
@@MeAndCarKeys that’s good to hear! I’ll be installing mine this weekend. Ordered them this morning based on your vid and already came in the mail lol 😂
Great video! You made this install way easier. I also have a 2015 F-150 and the only problem i ran into was the low beam dust cover wasnt fitting properly on top due to the ballast extending too far. Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks For watching! Happy the video helped. Someone else told me that they had the same issue but I slid the ballast in the housing around the bulb and my dust cover fit. 4x4 leds sells dust covers for aftermarket bulbs. They have different sizes and also have one that you can cut to fit. www.4x4truckleds.com/rubber-housing-cap-pair/ I hope this helps
Have to ask why was there only two leds in the box when you have four lights? I ordered the same ones and got four in one box. Going to install them this weekend and your video sure has been helpful. Thank you
Im happy this video was helpful. I had very limited funds at the time so I only bought the low beams. I had plans to upgrade the high beams also but haven’t gotten around to it yet.
I just came across your video. I just order some sealights for my 2019 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo. Do you still have your sealights? And if so how long do they last?
Thanks for watching! No I don’t have them anymore. After about 6 months, I started getting flashed by other drivers when it was rainy or foggy, so I upgraded the housings to projectors. They’re still LED bulbs, but the projectors have a cutoff line so they don’t blind other drivers. Im not sure if you have projectors or reflector housings, but LEDs are best in projector style. I hope this helps some.
Great Video, thanks, one question about the instructions mentioning car washes and lights off, what about driving in a rain shower and or raining at night ? Surely they are capable of this ? your comments ? thanks
Hi Billy! Yes that was one of the things that concerned me at first. My low beams are also daytime running lights so they’re always on! But I haven’t had any issues at all. I’ve driven through heavy rain where I could barely see in front of me, but no issues. Some people don’t put the dust caps back on after install and I’m sure heavy rain can get in and cause damage. I hope this helps! 👍
@@MeAndCarKeys great thanks, the same concern for me I also have daytime running lights on all the time and prefer to keep them on for safety visibility
Lol I was thinking the same thing! But I had these bulbs for a year and had no issues. I’ve since upgraded to projector housings, their better for LEDS. ruclips.net/video/Rp54BsH3NO4/видео.htmlsi=3JbpnISNEndxvc6_ Thanks for watching
Hey just ordered a pair of those same sealights ..think i can get an update on the ones u have are they still working ? Any spuddering or not working ? Let me know please Thanks in advance
Sup! I actually don’t run these on my truck anymore; I changed out the housings for Alpharex projectors. I didn’t have any operational issues at all; they worked great the entire time I had them. The only issue I had was when Autumn season came around, I was getting flashed by other drivers when it was foggy. Apparently the fog scatters LED light, so to oncoming traffic, it looks like a huge cloud of light coming towards them. It wasn’t safe at all, so I switched to Alpharex Projector. I still run LEDs, but these projector housings have a solid cutoff line that only shines beneath the drivers field of vision.
Awesome thorough video! I had one issue after installing the blow beam lights. Seemed like the light bulb housing stuck out further and wouldn't allow the dust cover to fully seat at the top of the housing towards the hood. Did you have that issue?
Thanks for watching!!! No, my dust cover fit on. But a few people have said to have that same issue. 4x4 leds offer different size dust caps so maybe that would help. www.4x4truckleds.com/rubber-housing-cap-pair/

About to order highs, lows, fogs, and back up lights. Considering adding led pods in the rear if the led bulb doesn’t bring the light I want.
That’s awesome! They will give a lot better visibility! Just be careful driving in fog. I had to change my housings to projectors because in the stock housings, the LEDs were blinding oncoming traffic when it was foggy. Hi there, how do I know which size bulb fit my 2022 F150? From the link you posted, there are several options?
Sup sorry for the delay. For low beams it’s H11 for high it’s 9005. Here’s a link for Amazon: amzn.to/46ffkyo
You can also check the manual for your truck to verify bulb sizes.
So once you screw in the bulb did you tuck in the adaptor and the rest of the cord in the housing also? Or did it just hang there?
I tucked it all in the housing. It’s a tight fit, but there is enough room for it. The dust caps fit back on as well
How sealight is selling all this for $30-40. What a great value product.

When you searched the h11 would they come out as fog lights ?
The H11 may show fog lights when you search because they fit several different applications on several vehicles. But h11 is for the low beam
@@MeAndCarKeys i believe i have the projectors housing. I have a 2019 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo.
