The plug you supplied from the canbus to the head unit don't match. I can't connect them. I have tried to contact your company via email, but I never get a response. Can someone please respond so I can install the unit, or I'm going to have to return it. Thank you

I have a 2015 Volvo s60 T5. Looks exactly the same as the one in the video. However, mine doesn’t come with the backup camera (very strange that this is not standard). I was wondering if you sell the backup cameras as well and if not, if I purchase from a 3rd party , would it be compatible with your screen ?

It works with aftermarket screens if your screen supports ahd camera then it will work.

Hi! I'm trying to get to my OEM settings with this device but the AUX icon does not show up. What can I do to make it work? My car's a 2011 volvo and I've got the unit from Aliexpress.
