@@lucci__95 Sorry, I missed these questions. You can upgrade the RAM, but there is only 1 RAM slot - so you'd need to replace the DIMM that is initially included. You could also upgrade the SSD if you wanted, but you'd need to figure out how to clone the install first. There isn't anything you can do with regards to graphics, the graphics are integrated into the chip.

It probably should work with some Linux distribution, however I have not tried that. Do you have any required driver installed for the USB to Ethernet adapter? Is it one that uses USB-C or normal USB?
@@TisforTech Finally no. All drivers are working fine. however, the network manager needs to be installed because by default it looks like it is not at the installation time. So one needs to check on that to have an Ethernet working fine. Regarding the rest of the OS and related drivers and modules, everything is working great.
I don't have a Wacom tablet to test, but I don't see why that wouldn't work. Additionally any of those creative programs also should work I would assume.
The form factor is similar to a Macbook - and it runs Windows well. If you are looking for a productivity focused machine for college it may work well unless you have some super intensive CPU requirements for applications.
HORRIBLE customer service. Got the complete runaround having received a computer with a faulty wifi card getting 10-30 Mbps vs. the 150-200 it should heaven been getting. Given wrong links for driver download and "dedicated customer service tech" that instead directed me to a general forum. Dug around there and found the support email (which they MUST have had but don't bother to provide at acemagic). The tech didn't fix anything and left me with a "good luck and contact the seller” msg ... Which is where I had started. They wanted me to return the unit by my own arrangement and shipping cost ... Which I am not going to do given their unreliability. I suggested THEY strange return shipping and replacement ... And haven't heard from them in two days. If you purchase one of these, I'll simply quote their tech support: good luck!
Do you know if they rely a lot on GPU? If so, then perhaps it might be a little bit laggy. The integrated GPU as part of this CPU is pretty good - but if there are stressing 3D rendering or dependancies it may not be the best. However if you order from Amazon and it doesn't work well enough you can always return it. Might be worth a try.

I've done a few tests and it works ok in this situation. The only caveat is that the web camera isn't super amazing, but adequate.
Max memory for this PCU is 16 GB 4800 MHz.

Not by them. I bought an external USB wifi5 adaptor to substitute for the faulty internal card.
