Do you troll with other baits? My lake is silty or clay and spoonplugs bury when I cross the channel so we catch most of ours on 6xd's. I think I've only caught one on a spoonplug.
@KissmyBasss yes I troll with a 6xd 10xd, mann's, Rapalas and some 4oz spinner baits i make, but it all depends on speed I need and bottom composition. Most of my lakes have a clay and sand bottom, getting the exact amount of line out prevents plowing. I will bring the lure up 1ft at a time until the lure is just barely bumping.

Ok, I have a Bass boat so I'm limited on control for 2 lines, but we have gotten better. Thanks for the response and Buck would be proud of you.
