After some research the owner of this Hotel is Rishi Sheth. He has multiple court cases against him, both criminal and civil, at the ripe young age of 30. He has also owned a management company called Skyview, and other failed hotels.

That poor poor family on their way out, they had a lot of luggage and a baby with a stroller and most likely had no idea that theres no fcking elevator damnn.
2022 update: This property closed for 2 years. 10 million dollars of renovations later it is now open as a respectable Radisson... and it looks quite nice too.
The whole time you were going down those stairs I was imagining them over crowded with people trying to escape a fire. I never seen such a narrow stair area!
I would bet anything that the person that pissed in the parking lot did so simply because they were charged an additional $10.00 to park in their parking lot.
I like the kid, he’s so fuzzy and cute. Dan never smiles too much and that a shame cause he has the most beautiful smile. The show is more functional than funny like it was with the two other guys but still good.
Glad to see that he's continuing to work with Cochise...he's a pretty cool cat. Maybe not as crazy as Brennan and Rick, but he's got a great sense of humor, just really chill haha. I hope to see more of him once things start returning to normal! Would be cool to have Cochise as the "live guy", and then Brennan and Rick for the "TV show guys"....I think that's what he's been doing, so that's pretty cool.
Would love a spin off series called “A Dirty Guest” where you work w/ a 4 star hotel to gain access to suites right after guests check out & expose what swine people can be on the other side of the coin. I’m sure people in hospitality would love to see what they experience exposed!
I think that’s a great idea. However when people get in hotels I feel like normal, everyday standards can fly out the window. My fiancé and I have stayed in some amazing 5 star hotels, resorts & amazing airb&b’s around the globe. For some reason he feels almost entitled to be messy. I feel the need to clean an airb&b when we leave and do. He on the other hand has the mentality of “what do you think I pay a cleaning fee for?” and be extra messy on vacations. I still like the idea. Maybe a Vegas series. That would be interesting and people are known to trash things there.
Jamie Rose , It would be a very different perspective. People treat these scum motels like trash because that’s what the owners of the establishments are projecting. On the other side many people feel when they pay for an extremely nice hotel room that they’re almost obligated to act in the same disgusting way. Would be entertaining & shed light on who they’re really sticking it to when they crap on floors & ejaculate on walls in a quality hotel....NOT the wealthy owner...the ones that really clean up inhuman disgustingness are forced to do it quickly, thoroughly, with a heavy cart & for barely min. wage.
I think Dan's really pissed because practically no one but Misty ponied up money. Dan really needs to stop bullying his co-stars when he's frustrated. Reminding people that they're on his payroll is not cute, and neither is chronically cutting them off mid sentence. I like the guy a lot, but these personality traits quickly become a drag.
You know when I first moved to Nv. One of my first jobs was a GRA: guest room attendant or the hotel maid. We had to go through an entire 10 days of training. GRA’s got a very hard job and if you don’t keep up with these rooms oh Lordy when you got the ladies just “filling in” so a lot of this begins and starts with your GRA’s. Whether good or bad working in the hotel/motel industry you’ve got some hard work ahead. These rooms should NEVER look like some of these you’ve inspected @Dan Hill. Great stream, sorry I missed it live. 😞 you are the only creator I don’t mind watching the entirety on your live😉 Great job. Cheers💨✌🏼👍🏼
Just imagine if a small family of say like 4 where to check into that room...and say the kids were like in the ages of 5-7...Kids love bathes and what not...just think about filling that bathtub with that 5k+ germ mate in some warm water...just right there made your precious young children get into and with the warm to lightly hot warm water which would open up all the pores of your children's body for all them God knows what kind of germs to be able to attack your children's skin...That right there a lone is just breaking my heart thinking about if i had put any of my kids in that germ soup of a tub...That hotel needs to be in the news and reported to the health department ASAP !!!...sorry about the mini novel here, but it's so very true....
The sad thing is it wouldn't take that much to make this property respectable. A 17 story bldg. with no working elevators is inexcusable. Going back through reviews, it appears that there have been either 1 or no elevators working sporadically for a long time... at least 3 years!! If the elevators were working, people wouldn't see that awful 1st floor which has obviously been turned into a service floor or the stairwells. Then, basic cleaning and general maintenance would easily bring the place up to an acceptable level. The round bldg. is cool. What a shame they've neglected it so long...
@@anniekrah6533 The stairwells are open and the sprinklers and alarm system must be passing inspections or they wouldn't be open. What good would it do to call the fire dept.?
It's interesting the cultural differences in expectations - in the UK, city hotels will often have exorbitant parking fees and won't have conveniently located elevators since they're often added as a retrofit for disabled accessibility. That said, you'd be paying $40 for a room of that standard, not $250.
I'm from Philadelphia and I've thankfully never stayed here. I've had friends come to town that insist it's going to be no big deal, they don't want to inconvenience me staying on my couch... Some have learned. The rest I'll point to this!
I know the pain with all the stairs 😭 I live on the 5th floor apartment building with high ceilings, so it’s two lights of stairs per floor. Our lifts (both of them!) where down for 6 months. SIX MONTHS of climbing 10 flights of stairs 😭😫
180 I would say it probably was wiped down. They probably use the same wash rag to wipe everything down so they just spread the germs all over the room.
Wow that's nuts. I stayed there in 2016 when I was in Philly for a few days, Nice city btw! I chose it because of the shuttle service from the airport and it happened to be walking distance from all the sports arenas. (I went to a Phillies game) The elevator was working then and the pool was out of service. There was a decent bar/diner there. I was there for a little wedding reception so that was dope haha. Didn't realize it got so much worse since then. My room was relatively clean and the staff was friendly when I stayed.
I was a motel maid for years and no way would I ever have a check out cleaned and ready in 20 minutes!! And I was fast. I actually had a system. I would completely strip the room first of trash and dirty linens, and bring in fresh linens and trash bags. Then I'd make the beds, replace the trash bags, clean the bathroom, dust, and then vacuum. So much faster and easier that way.
If this wasn't a live version of ADR, I would've LOVED it if Dan put Circus/Clown music from 1:18:03 - 1:21:05 as he & Cochise were trying to get to the lobby & it seemed like they were walking in a never ending circle.
That was once decent hotel 30 years ago. It was the Airport Quality Inn. I stayed there once for about 6 hours during a blizzard, just until the bridges were reopened. And years before that, I attended a business school's graduation in one of their ballrooms.
New sub..and too late, I just left a hotel room and used the hair dryer, watched the television via the remote, and slept in the bed; but I brought my own blanket and pillow. 👋👍✅
I was mentioned in this video. :) I would sleep in this motel. But it is overpriced. Giving the hotel the benefit of the doubt, the elevators were broken when this video was made. It is a $80 to $100 a night hotel not $150. But it's probably in a not so great area anyway. Love ya Dan.
I'm just seeing this now, Dan! (It's "Bianca"). This place is a goddamn mess. I'm glad you did an episode on this den of iniquity! Had I watched this live, I would have sent you to the 2nd place, which could have been the Inn of the Dove in Cherry Hill! It has a long-time reputation of being a "love haven"! 🤣 Love ya!
I really did enjoy watching the guy with the mohawk. He was entertaining and not obnoxious. Not referring to Rick. Rick is just the right kind of obnoxious really enjoy him to. Oh and love you to Dan..

Dan! Love your channel! I am hooked! I can’t believe I missed the live stream Saturday in South Philly(my hometown!). Can you do another one at the Bel Air Motor Lodge in NJ please!
I’m from Philly. A friend of mine stayed there. We didn’t get charged a parking fee. Nobody should have to pay to park in a hotel lot. He paid & $99 plus tax. And didn’t get the $100 back for like 10 days. He’s lucky, the reviews all say they never got their refunds for anything.
Its nice to see that you're nicer to Cochise now. I stopped watching your videos for awhile because it made me so sad when you were mean to him. It broke my heart.

I think those take significantly more work, with greater preparation, editing, overlay of music, equipment, and more careful camera work. I also think three people I’d better than two. Don’t care for the LIVEs.
Deb from Idaho~~~~~~Would not the Health Dept. get involved with the mold, if it were reported. If they are open to the public and have a health hazard like mold, seems they would get involved. Some of the guests MUST report something at sometime, you would think!
Dee Delany My hubby and I used to always go to penrose diner till they were just down for a hot minute years ago for bed bugs and mu hubby saw a mouse running along wall when we were sitting in a booth 🤮
Bridget Martino I think it’s much improved now. That place is always packed and the lot is always full. Never saw anything even remotely dirty in their. They did a major overhaul a few years ago.
Is housing really that high In Philly to where guys like the one who run this place can charge that much for a slum spot? Dan got lucky with that room though. There are reviews of people stepping into moist carpet online.
What qualifies an air conditioner for BARLEY working if there is no air or cold air coming out? Is it that you can just hear that it’s on? Questions ...always so many questions....

@Tony Notaro Or A European group pissy drunk walking with a box of Pizza
Nah the piss is because Philly, the city that needed a courtroom in their football stadium and threw batteries at Santa lmao.
The $10 for parking was probably a scam. The pee puddle probably came free with room.😄
Another great stream guys! 👍
I cummed free on those sheets.
It looks like a firetrap! Those poor people checking in with babies. I held my breath until you got out to the parking lot.
I used to party in this hotel years ago! Its gross lol

The elevators are probably condemned.
There's enough nasty motels in Houston Texas to keep you busy for the rest of your life.
welcome to Philadelphia! ! the town with no health inspector but 2000 parking police.
Soviet apartment buildings more than five stories tall were required to have elevators. The person who owns this place is literally worse than Stalin.

Bridget Martino I think it’s much improved now. That place is always packed and the lot is always full. Never saw anything even remotely dirty in their. They did a major overhaul a few years ago.
..... ow the hotel on the other hand..... 🤮🤮🤢
What! $145 a night! I can get the fairly new beautiful Omni downtown for that and it’s nice.
I can rent a couple of lot lizards and sleep in my car and still have 100 left over to bang a stripper.
I hope you guys went to the Penrose Diner across the street, because it’s actually quite good!
I’d rather sleep in the luggage cart lol
Is housing really that high In Philly to where guys like the one who run this place can charge that much for a slum spot? Dan got lucky with that room though. There are reviews of people stepping into moist carpet online.
What qualifies an air conditioner for BARLEY working if there is no air or cold air coming out? Is it that you can just hear that it’s on? Questions ...always so many questions....
