2023 IWMA - Phoebe White "Cowgirl's Delight"

Phoebe White is a fantastic yodeler, and in this video, she performs a lovely western/cowgirl song, "Cowgirl's Delight." Phoebe's upbeat personality shined through as she had fun at the 2023 International Western Music Association" Convention in Albuquerque, NM.
She is a member of the youth chapter, and is just 14 years old.
