Apparently, end screws with a free moving centre pin, like Omega and GS do it, makes the screws less likely to back out. And yeah, on my GS's, they've never backed out, so I guess it works. But, give me either big meaty one piece screws like Rolex does it, or good old fashioned friction fit pins and collars, like Omega of old did it. Those are the best. Easy to work with, and super secure. Unless you want to go more upmarket, then IWC's bracelet pin system is top echelon. I need to try those cool new Cartier ones too....
I have a 7.5 inch wrist and feel like the speedmaster wears like a small 42mm if that makes sense, I guess the white one will look larger because of the color, I’ll probably pick one up as my next purchase, the bracelet reminds me of my day date 40 and I like it.
The bracelet sucks because it's possible to lose the screws? I don't get it. The dealers saying the screws get jacked up, what do they mean? Please explain. Thanks for the upload, amazing watch.
The bracelet is difficult to work on when sizing up. If you buy this at an authorized dealer or licensed boutique they'll size it for you but if you don't get it sized properly when you buy it (which is normal) then working on it yourself if you're not experienced is hard and you can end up damaging the bracelet 👍
I got lucky, I got into watches when they where more than half the price they are now. I consolidated everything and moved up. Though to start I just saved. I earned commissions and that sped things up. As time went on I got paid more but my pay is somewhat proportionate with the times.
Love my Speedy! Rolex did a poor interpretation of it with their Panda.. SPEEDY all day long!
It looks great on your wrist.

I do love this watch and you made me want it more 😅
When will this rant about the screws end? He still going 😂
Hey mate, this or Sbge285? What’s better for daily to you?
For me the sbge285 as I use the gmt function and its easy to wear since is light.
But both would be a solid choice.

Nice ! Waving my scratched 1967 321 Speedy on original Omega1450 bracelet (not Forstner or Uncle Seiko copies).
This watch has a step dial toward the minute track. Does the hour markers slant down because of the step?
@bigj324 slightly but it's not that noticeable
Trying to save up for this watch. How do you afford all those luxury watches man?

Please don't spend all your savings on a watch, as nice as it is, it's not financially wise
Was in Thailand just last month and the watch easy available at the AD’s there. But here in Melbourne still a waiting list exists.
Looks great.
Great vid mate. 👏🇦🇺

For a space watch it need to be even more durable man

@@Workingmanlifestyle Looks really nice on your wrist!
What happened to your black bay?? 😮
Good spot, moved it on to a friend to make room for another watch in the near future 👍
still way too big on you.
disagree
Noticed the black bay is gone when you showed the set, did you sell it?
Yes I sold it on to a friend to make room for another watch in the near future. Mate wins out here with a good watch for mates rates 😂
