Textbooks I like for chest radiology-
Med students and all residents: Felson’s Principles of Chest Roentgenology
amzn.to/3FhBkvN
Radiology residents: Thoracic Imaging: Pulmonary and Cardiovascular Radiology
amzn.to/2YqzLLh
Thoracic radiology fellows: Muller’s Imaging of the Chest: Expert Radiology Series
amzn.to/3ouJ7QY
Omg that’s too good.
Please cover more such X-rays with CT findings correlation.
Thank you sir 🙏🏻
Great case. Keep bringing more radiograph cases.

Hi... @thoracic radiology
Few queries...
1)aren't there multiple tiny calcifications and more opacification in the right middle and lower zones compd to the left ?
2) aren't the hilum and pulmonary artery on the right side enlarged and dilated compared to the left
thanks for your questions. no those are just vessels not calcifications. and the right hilum is normal here.
Out of curiosity, what was the tumour type?
Is there any abnormality in left clavicle shaft?
possibly healed fracture
I think it's likely clavicle companion shadow
I'm not exactly sure what that is from. The cortical thickening is where the coracoclavicular ligament is, so maybe there is some degenerative disease there.
Any mild bronchiectatic changes?
thanks for your question. no bronchiectasis here.
thank y ou
Thank you
