Hi, you don’t need any information, After you download the app and link to the camera, the app will generate the QR code and you need to hold your phone in front of the camera. You can check my video from 19:20 min. The camera will read the qr code from your phone and then will link.

In North America, the color code of wiring is white = neutral, black = hot/load/line, green/bare = ground.

Hi, yes the light has dusk to dawn feature by default. Also you can schedule it. But i didnt see any option to turn off the light completely.

Good question. I don’t think you can watch from pc, because I never saw they mention anything about web application. Also, i didnt try to see it on tv, we need to wait for others response. Thanks for your comment
Hi can you you override the pics and videos so they automatically delete the old , so I don't have to keep going into app and have to delete for more space??
It has loop recording functionality. Once the memory is full, it should automatically delete the old video and keep doing that. It won’t delete everything. So u will always see that memory is almost full. Monitor the functionality and if it doesn’t work, u may contact customer support.

Why do the lights not go off. They’re on 24-7 , unless I turn them off at the wall or on my phone. If I turn it off on my phone will they pick up motion at night.
Thanks for your comment. If you turn on light from phone, it be always on until you turn it off. Normally this function is for when its required.
But normal function is it will turn light on at night when it detects any motion. Just make sure power is always on. And you can run a test at night.
What screwdriver are yu using?!! I cant get any to fit
One screwdriver came with the device that i used to open the memory card. And for installation i used the regular sized screwdriver.
@@RoysWork alright man thank you I did notice after seeing the vid 🥲it’s cuz I need to restart my thing and Idk where I left the small screwdriver to open the thing, I think I lost it!
If you lost the small screwdriver, that won’t be a big deal. Its required only if you want to change the memory card. Otherwise it will be fine.
Also, you can find those small screwdriver set in dollar store.

@@RoysWork Hi, some updates: contacted Feit customer service and support. Did many attempts to fix the problem and all of them was unsuccessful. Feit requested serial number and some video clips. They did find out that Unit is faulty and need to be replaced. New unit will arrive in 4-6 weeks. What a Great customer service.

How is the video capture quality. Can u clearly read license plates. Does anyone know? I’m guessing the quality is bad
Thanks for your comment. Normally the video quality is pretty good. But not sure will it be possible to read license plate from the video. Didn’t do this test.

Why does this camera récord in black and white at night only, is that how it comes or is it only mine.
Its does same for me also. In dark mode it records video in black & white. But when lights turn on, it will record in color. I think thats same for all.

Normally light turns on at dark only. Please do the test at dark. Also, try to increase the sensitivity level. If that doesn’t work then you may need to contact customer service.

No, you dont need to pay anything monthly or yearly. There is no subscription or hub required for this. you will receive alert on you phone and the video will be saved in the memory card. you can asses the videos from you phone.

I just get to the point of scanning the QR code but never heard a bit. Then I tried z mode but it didn't work. I tried all day long but I think I just wasted my money 😔
You may contact customer support. One the viewer said they replaced the product even after 2 months of use for a different issue. Please check previous comments of this video.
Not sure if it is working for you but hold the reset button for 20 seconds then try again and works perfectly

I change my internet company to T mobile home internet .How much I tried I couldn't connect it .I didn't have any issues with my previous internet provider .I don't know what the problem is that works with T-Mobile internet .If anyone knows please give me advice
Hi, thanks for sharing your experience. Just one question, it is connected to wifi? Like, its connected to wifi but not accessible from out side of wifi, or its not connecting to wifi? If its not connecting to wifi please make sure your are trying with 2.5G and not 5G.
If you got a new wi-fi router you will likely have to reset the device and set it up all over again because it isn't setup to log in to the new wi-fi - it's looking for the old wi-fi.
Will It work with No neutral wire . . ?

Yes. I connected to neutral wire.
I would love to do a test for you by removing the wire. But it will be very time consuming and i busy with lot of other works. I will keep it in mind and if i get time, I will do the test. But right now I can’t promise or give you any timeline. I am sorry.
