Thank you for playing this, it is rarely done. Another one that I really think you will like is "It's Late" it is a very underrated song that was on an album with several hits. Thanks again!

The song has a sad tone, describing that “for every star in Heaven .. there’s a sad soul here today”. It’s similar in feel to the song ‘39’ also written & sung by Brian May. Freddie said, “Long Away is a 12-string thing written by Brian .. very interesting in harmonies”. 😂😂

    Thanks for this again!
You were wondering about the quitar, here’s quote straight out of Wikipedia: ”For the rhythm guitar parts he used an electric Burns twelve string guitar (although he used the Red Special for the second guitar solo in the middle section of the track). Originally May wanted to use a Rickenbacker guitar (as he admired John Lennon), but he didn't get along well with the Rickenbacker's thin neck.”

This song never gets enough love. Lol. Been a favorite of mine for years but nobody seems to know it. Brian May's voice has such a warm texture to it and it really stands out on this song. Thanks for reacting to it.

Brian May is using the Deacky box to get that guitar effect.
