Not to take away from the excellent cover by these two talented ladies, but if you want _more_ of "taking on a Queen song and making it different, while at the same time, maintaining the essence of the original..." I suggest you search for pianist Peter Bence's videos, as well as Peter Hollens's acapella covers, especially his Queen _medley_ (I know that doesn't sound like it would work, but trust me, it's amazing!). AFAIK it's just a coincidence that they're both named Peter.

It's not just your performances that always impress: transcribing a unique song like this for only 2 guitars and 2 voices and making it as enjoyable as the original takes quite some talent. Awesome job!

The last time I heard this song live was on the Queen Live Killers Tour on Dec. 1st, 1980 in Bremen, Germany. I've been a huge Queen Fan at that time. Genre, gender, and style - all masterfully transformed in this arrangement. Every Sunday morning, I hold my breath, click, and then - goosebumps from raw, and yet understated talent. So accessible, so professional, so worthy. There really aren't any right words for the praise that Reina and Toni deserve.
How about this: if J.J. Cale were still alive, he would jam with these two.

The harmony created by their guitar playing is fantastic
Reina has a terrific voice and Toni is a very talented guitarist. Their duets are some of my favorite music videos. I have also noticed that the visuals of their productions are usually quite striking. Bravo!!
Covering a song as difficult as this must be such a challenge. These ladies had so many easier options to choose from, and they nailed it.
I remember on Queen's earlier album sleeves in the 70's they always stated they didn't use synthesizers - ''No synths''! They seemed very proud of that. (They later did use them.) I could see where they were coming from at the time.
You two just rocked one of their most difficult songs (in my opinion) with TWO guitars.
I think Queen would be proud of that. Brian May is active on RUclips I believe, I would love for him to see this.

This was one of their best performances! Singing and the instrumentation. The guitars are so tight, Reina’s playing complements Toni’s amazing lead and melody. That Strat (?) sounds heavenly. Lead vocals, and vocal harmonies are beautiful and the recording is so crisp! Just wow!

Way to keep it simple! That was super sweet and concise. I understood all the words this time! That was pretty nice. I've never understood all the words in the Queen version. I've been singing a lot of wrong things in this song, since the 70s - not all of them actual words... Hey, great instrumentation, too. I loved the whole arrangement. I thought I'd miss the percussion, but I didn't. All the complicated guitar bits I expected where there. So well done to both of you and your very sweet voices.

I turn on music while cooked, and I just opened my egg cracken🙂 experience with queen...the first album I ever bought...true..I brought it onto the yellow school bus to show all m'friends..proving how cool is cool....on a side note...cheech and chong up in smoke ..was also on my shelf before I new what 'weed' was....and I had a poster beside my bed, "cleanliness is next to Godliness" , beside that poster one of a scotsman in a kilt that shouted..."UP YOUR KILT!!"....YES, A CREATIVE BUNDLE....OF REMARKS...also explored my parents vinyl..g, Campbell, roger Whittaker, s and g, c Steven's, ann Murray's, helen teddy, kristofferson, nelson....ya music over the yrs.

Considering that this is a big-scale Queen song distributed over a full electric band, your version on two guitars and voices is amazing present and resonant. So yes, I do like it. Your way of singing it is less rangey than F Mercury's; but then also more original and personal for that. The chord structure of Killer Queen always sounded very on-melody, bright, and even moreso in your reading. Love how you worked your own bends plus twists into the solo--and so high up the board! What a hardworking, talented outfit you are! Makes my day to tune into your channel. Thanks moh...
