El Niño pattern setting up. Last three dry winters were La Niña and one neutral year. All in the cycles. But cycles don’t generate clicks, alarmism does and water mismanagement is rampant in the state.

Bidwell Marina and Limesaddle DID NOT have to pull out "most" recreational boats out of the water, if referring to houseboats. It's usually done yearly on a volunteer basis if they think water levels will drop significantly.

It's barely "average" levels ... One Summer Heat Wave is going to evaporate all that water. One good snow season does not fix nearly a decade of drought. And there's still needs to be plans to build infrastructure to harvest and store winter snow melt (which there is none in plan in the state of California), or else this short reprieve is all for not.

How come the scientist didn't forecast this weather? Being that they can tell us what the weather will be like in next 10 to 20 years. This should have been a no brainer for them to have predicted!

If California had a governor who was worthy of his position he would have listens to advisors, planned properly and retained much of the water that is flowing over the reservoirs and avoid the upcoming flooding from snow melts. By doing so he could have allowed a great amount of Colorado River water to be retained by other western states that need it.

lol it does not work that way. They are entirely different river basins. Unless you're going to pump the water over mountains, California still needs water from the Colorado river.
