Amazing house in so many ways. But not for me. At that exorbitant price I'd want more land. Also I'd need a cosier interior. I find this place sterile, cold and in some areas claustrophobic.
It's terrible. In my 69 London years,I have not witnessed one crime and for the last 40 years in this house in Outer London,I, genuinely, do not a back door lock and my (old) car is outside, unlocked. It's all happening, isn't it?
Good thing I'm not in the market for a £32 million pound house in London. If I was, I would certainly not have bought this one. It's utterly hideous and headache inducing. I have no idea what the developer and designer (if there was one) were thinking. It also seems extremely expensive for what it is.
It is only bricks and mortar so you are spot on. I'd rather a country mansion that this brain ache.I wouldn't pay over 1 million for a house. A decent detached house a car and a few acres thats all.
Painted exposed brick can be a nice esthetic but that plain white paint makes the room feel very cold and stiff. And that checkered tile running through the steam room - who in their right mind thought that was a good idea?! Completely clashes with the turquoise tile and ruins the whole "zen" vibe. 32 million for that is madness.
No justification whatsoever for this hilarious price. Even for Central/West London this is taking the you know what. There's massively overpriced and then there's this. Even a billionaire investor would have to question this price point for a semi-detached. Quite astonishing.
Great location, but the rear living area looks cheap and sterile with the exposed bricks and oppressive with the black track lighting. Also the entrance hallway feels so dark with a narrow, poky door into the living area. Master bedroom is the highlight esp. the bedroom terrace!
Great location and lovely large house but.......Holy moly, Black and white hell,!,,, Madness!. A cinema room....why ? when you can have Samsung Wall TV systems. And as for IKEA type wood kitchen and prison bare walls???! It will cost a further mill just to sort this mess out.
I really like this house, 32 million is an insane amount of money but if I could afford it, I can see myself living there. I'd convert the staff area into something else though, I can't imagine employing people to take care of my home
Beautiful home with a couple of caveats: The mirrored tv in the sitting room, why? Kinda tacky. And I loves me a staircase, so not fond of the elevator being such a central feature. Surely the architect could have placed it somewhere less obtrusive.

Nice - but does no one build libraries or studies anymore...
AMAZING!! JUST BEAUTIFUL.
GREETINGS FROM MANHATTAN NY.
BRAVO 👏
I was excited to see this luxury home until I realized you only get a sliver of the actual building. The long narrow rooms look cramped. Why not a more open layout?
Great video! Thank you!!
Amazing house in so many ways. But not for me. At that exorbitant price I'd want more land. Also I'd need a cosier interior. I find this place sterile, cold and in some areas claustrophobic.
32 million for a more or less "average" mansion - I am sorry this is complete and utter bs, borderline criminal...
Living in London i would expect a medical centre and On Call Doctor to deal with all the Stabbings!!🤣
It's terrible. In my 69 London years,I have not witnessed one crime and for the last 40 years in this house in Outer London,I, genuinely, do not a back door lock and my (old) car is outside, unlocked. It's all happening, isn't it?
The track lighting is absolutely horrendous!
Those chairs at 8:30 are around £7000 a piece.
It feels so claustrophobic!
That cinema room surely isn’t finished. You can’t cosy up in there with your mrs
I agree, I have seen the cinema rooms with cosy beds, blankets etc. Far nicer I think.
Reminds me of a 'factory' conversion.
Cold, uncomfortable.
Absolutely Stunning!
Bland- only original features are the windows
Painted exposed brick can be a nice esthetic but that plain white paint makes the room feel very cold and stiff. And that checkered tile running through the steam room - who in their right mind thought that was a good idea?! Completely clashes with the turquoise tile and ruins the whole "zen" vibe. 32 million for that is madness.
This house is just part of someone's investment portfolio no one will ever live in it sadly.
great video, thanks!
No justification whatsoever for this hilarious price. Even for Central/West London this is taking the you know what. There's massively overpriced and then there's this. Even a billionaire investor would have to question this price point for a semi-detached. Quite astonishing.
🎯
Great location, but the rear living area looks cheap and sterile with the exposed bricks and oppressive with the black track lighting. Also the entrance hallway feels so dark with a narrow, poky door into the living area. Master bedroom is the highlight esp. the bedroom terrace!
Even if you could afford this property you would have concerns with reselling it. I doubt you would make a profit much less break even!
