Good video my bro! Recently I did the test and give me a C1 level (C2 in reading and B2 in listening). I don't test my output skills because I'm afraid but you're right . From now on I'll practice writing and speaking for 1 or 2 hours every day. I've been studying English for about 1 year and I want to get a job as an interpreter by the end of this year. Greetings from Argentina.
Hey I also have been studying for 1 year, with 0 speaking, I started yesterday and I can understand everything but it is so hard to speak, don't be afraid to speak, I was afraid until yesterday, it's only the first time Greetings from Santa Fe
@@Sir_Lancelotz I've already spoken for the first time 5 months ago with a native speaker but I know I should practice speaking every day to improve. Right now I'm trying to write comments on every RUclips video I watch. Greetings from Corrientes
"And whomsoever Allâh wills to guide, He opens his breast to Islâm; and whomsoever He wills to send astray, He makes his breast closed and constricted, as if he is climbing up to the sky. Thus Allâh puts the wrath on those who believe not." - Quran [6:125] .. - may Allah guide you to Islam 🤍🌺
I've been studying English by myself for almost 9 months, and every day I practice my listening and reading. Sometimes I try to talk with native speakers or English students, but I always struggle on how to say my ideas. I'll practice my writing and speaking to be more confident. And I'm proud of my because I understand every thing you said in this video.
I have seriously been learning English for 5 years, prior to that i knew most of the grammar and i could read, write and understand bit of it as well. However, during 5 years, i din not reaslise it will take me 4-5 years to reach the current level. I always kept thinking that now i will make it to the advance level in next 3 months but it never happened, i improved drastically though. In my opinion, there is a big difference between knowing the language and having a strong knowledge to convey your ideas with the use of your target language. I accept that most of us who have been learning for years can speak effective english but you struggle because you do not have the depths knowledge of things even in your native language. Importantly, As i am writing this comment, i did not notice that i have written a good paragraph. Do you know why i have been able to write? Because i knew the exactly what message i wanted to write.
I always believed in compound affect in the long term , but I have not been serious yet about practicing English every single day, especially the speaking and writing , but I wll try to put effort as much and possible as i could, and eventually I'm starting to realise that I should be more serious and hard in order to accomplish my highest version of mastering English and i will put in account practicing the output skills every single day , greeting from Egypt everyone.
Outstanding approach, bro! I achieved fluency in less than two years by practicing hours a day, at breakfast and lunch time at work, not to mention that I'd taken off from work during a year due to an accident that I had, and that was that one thing I was just waiting for, availability to focus on English pretty much around the clock. And that's what I did, currently I find myself working at the best job I could've ever had, I'm an English teacher and will always be if it depends on me, I always admired teachers. I still got lots to learn, though. Anyways, that approach of yours is absolutely insane, props to you on that, awesome video!
Hello João , I'm a native English speaker but still found interest in your video. I want to use my favourite Australian expression and say "Good on You !" , and to add "well done ! ". I'm a 73 year old and I've learning the Italian language for about 3 months, I really enjoy it. A few years ago studied Català and really love doing that as well. With Italian been a "bigger" language there are more resources and I think each year more tools become available for language learning in general. Once again I say "Good on You" , you certainly impressed me.
Estou feliz demais que esse vídeo apareceu para mim! Eu estava à procura desse passo a passo a tanto tempo.
I like this video, you encourage me to continue improving my English skill moreover I want to bust my writing communication because of the same that you said that writing and speaking are more difficult than reading and listening. So I stick with the approach that you gave to us
This video is not only about English, but it is a video to break your bad habits and change your mindset to become stronger and challenge yourself to reach your goals. It is really a different video from all the videos I have watched before. Thank you for your effort. I also want to improve my English and I will start from now. 💪💖
Hats off for you friend! I admired your approach of combining English learning with self-development and seeing it as a step of a bigger process. Indeed, that's actually what it is. Keep making your authentic videos, they are appreciated!
I’m very agree with you. I did like your methods. Its’s been 3 months since I started, actually I’m still learning, It’s hard but worth it. Anyway i’m also agree with your statement about the goals to learn English. I felt you 😊
Week! First of all, your are your own opponent! I watching all your videos. Congratulations 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Thank you for very much for this video. Open my mind and grow my mind with more wisdom. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thanks for the video! It was so inspiring for me. I just moved to Australia, with a B1 level of English and I'm struggling so much to communicate with people. I study hard, but maybe I should study in a smarter way. You are a good example that it's possible to reach a high level if you put effort on it and are consistent. Thank you for sharing your experiences and strategies and I hope I will be fluent like you soon. 😊
One big advice for the beginners: don’t use the translator!! Even if you’re insecure about what u are saying f**ck off and keep trying. You’ll not regret it in the future
@@Elpolpo2 Yes, it's a great advice. I don't use the translator, because I want to be able to produce my sentences by myself, but I always write some sentences about my day before going to bed and ask chatGPT to correct them to have feedback. It's also important to learn the correct way to express things in order to improve and overcome mistakes. Thank you! 😊
My level in english is B1 and i was lost before i watched your video searching for tips or anything that can help me get out of this situation. Thank you so much for the inspiring
Thanks a lot for this video, I really need it. I don't know the exact level of my English, however, I've been learning this language for years now (all by myself, school, even when you find the best teacher, can't teach you key things that are definitely important in the process of learning a new language), and I think that it is time to improve the knowledge that I have of English, because now they have been the same for years. Thanks for all your tips.
With this video, I realized that my goal isn’t strong enough, and maybe that’s why I’ve been procrastinating so much and making excuses for not pushing myself harder. Thanks for the talk and tips; for sure, they helped a lot!

Great video! As an American, I'm learning Portuguese and will take your advice to heart :) I used to teach English as a second language to Costa Ricans, and they constantly asked this question. It really helps to practice just a little bit every day!
