Refusing Questions: A Disturbing Council Meeting Encounter

This is a confrontation between a resident who had a perfectly legitimate public question pulled from the council website, when it was previously published.
The particular resident is living in a property which has been deemed not fit for human habitation and trying to get suitable accommodation since she said she was forced to accept the accommodation and that there has not been any works done and that the family have been left to rot at the property.
The Cabinet meeting had an item from the regulator of social housing how have found a lot of issues and the questioner wanted to lay out from her own experience common issues and wanted to know how many other families are in a similar position?
It was then fully rejected, misleading advice has been accused and a social injustice to continue to silence this family, especially in light of so many other concerning areas relating to housing disrepair.
