I feel like every judge felt during that audition that there was a REALLY strong chance they had just heard the season winner. You can even see it on the two judges faces that couldn't turn, the two that already had full teams. Unbelievable performance from Ibe.
Number 2 Ibe killed it. I was playing Ed Sheeran to people with his early songs. That full voice is exactly what Ibe has. Just needs the right producer.

I love Castle On The Hill and Shivers they put me in a good mood along with any of his other upbeat songs Its hard to pick a favorite cause pretty much all his songs are great to listen to
The fact people learn English to sing his songs, is incredible. The Galway Girl cover was the closest to Ed Sheeran’s performances. I felt that in my soul. I actually imagined that Asian man as Ed Sheeran. Beautifully recreated.
Lots of great talent, as always :) I absolutely LOVE Rea, the coach from Germany!!! Apart from being a great musician, his way of being energetic during performances really creates a safe space for the contenstants to flurrish, and his coaching is great :)

I don't like how some of them overcomplicate the songs with all those vocal tricks. The beauty of Ed's music is in the balance between the vocals and the lyrics. You focus on the vocals too much, the lyrics fade into the background. And they shouldn't. Just... sing the songs as they are. Don't mess with perfection.
