    Dear Gruji.
    A lot of thanks for these tips (Yogas) shown to open HIPS ( Pelvic girdle). I always try to do three pose among all
    Posses that you suggest to do. Really these yogas are fruitful. Major problem
    is that I can't sit at 90 degrees when my
    both legs are horizontally and pharrell. After curbing the body both legs lie straight,. What is cause and its solution.
