The airbnb is beautiful aswell and it's big, but not too big, I think. Perfect size and a great design, in- and outside. Love the wood outside and the bright colours and windows inside. The kitchen, as my alltime favorite, is a dream!🙃

I’m surprised how in the US it’s permitted to build in and/or near the water. Where I’m from the rivers and beaches are protected.
Definitely depends where at! Ive been to jurisdictions where 100ft distance is needed for lakes
