Parang hindi elevated ang ground floor. Pagdating ng bagyo like Ondoy or Paeng malaking problema. Sayang ang mga furnitures, fixtures, appliances, etc. Natural calamity like Taal volcano explosion, problema rin ang tempered glass roofings.

Why'd you say mainit sya? Is it due to the skylight?

Yes because the skylight is made out of fiber glass. It would be best to have it tinted or manage how many skylight should be placed all through out the house, after all this is customizable.
