Great presentation and gorgeous modern property design comparable to American and European houses. Nice ducted a/c with an abundance of natural light and greeneries. However, in my opinion, this is not applicable in the country because having several skylights will develop in high temperature inside and result in high energy consumption for a/c.

The open area on the second floor doesn't go well with the phil weather. typhoons here cause strong enough winds to blow rainwater inside your house.
