I know an old video, I just came across. Other things to consider is that weight loss is unsprung and some rotational weight as well so both massive losses for where you want the weight to be lost at.
More serious slimming down on the scales, and those brake kits look pretty awesome as well. Close to 35 lbs. in the front brakes that is some good reduction.
Great video! Do these calipers use the same brake line? Or did you have to custom make -AN brake lines? Do you happen to know the part number for the brakes. Strange website has a few to chose from. Thank you!
Mine are leaking and Im using their fitting and I already torqued them down more than Im comfortable with and the leak continues , so thats why I thought I needed sealent to install them
What an intro. Stringfellow Hawke 🤘🤘
Thats more than I expected ! Gonna knock a couple points off!
Man, that's crazy, that's a huge difference and they look good! Can't wait to see it at the track!
Ty
Great video as always and thanks for the step by step!
This is a great video 👍 about weight reduction 🚗. Great info.
Thx

The only thing that could make this video better would be some back to back 60-0 times and see how each fades.
Cool 🙌! I wanted to see you weigh the stock front bumper vs. The light weight tube bumper🚗.
Not to mention rotating mass is more consequential than just weight. Should outperform its weight savings in track times.
Great job!
Thanks!
Not to mention its a good looking setup as well
I agree
Every pound/oz adds up, this all is great to know for the most bang for good money spent
Not gonna lie. I was hoping for more..

Right on
Good video! I appreciate the detailed weight reduction facts!
No problem!
It hurt a little seeing the SN95 spindles getting cut. Strange brakes look great!
Ya me too tbh! No going back now !
Nice stuff
Great video!

Awesome video man. I have a foxbody I drive only on the wkends and sees the track once a month. Would these be OK for the street ?
I haven’t driven them much to make that comment tbh
I have the complete strange setup with master cylinder front and rear inlove them
Do you have to pump them before the engage hard?
@alexrod8257 no they work like factory brakes just better it sounds like you have air in the system
Hey small question about the brake line how you fit that on the hardline side from the car?
Did your wheel/ tire stick out of the fender more with this setup?
How are they now? I have the strange setup and i have to pump them before they stop hard.
Stop good.
The caliper comes with a 1/8 npt to 3an fitting to connect the brake line, so wondering what sealent did you use to install them?
Nothing.
Mine are leaking and Im using their fitting and I already torqued them down more than Im comfortable with and the leak continues , so thats why I thought I needed sealent to install them
What’s the part number for this kit?
How do they work
Cuz I'm looking between these and the tbm is y I'm asking
We're can I find this kit ?
Summit Racing. Or Strange website.
Thank you and keep up the great work👌
@@flaviosampaio919 thx
Is the front kit for sn95 spindles or factory spindles
Aeromotive brakes made me mod my spindles, ill never do that again, these brakes are purpose only, not for multi stops in a row, fade is quick
Never mind u Answered it 4 me in vid
