    Thanks for this, I’m currently 13 and 5’9 trying to dunk I hope I will get taller but nothing is guaranteed so I may as well start my journey now

    Have you thought about using trap bar instead of straight bar for the deadlift itll put less strain on ur lower back

      I am 21 and have been weight lifting specifically for vertical since I was 19 but come from a triple jump background

      Not lotta dudes have a 44” tested vertical tho! Anyone that can dunk is a beast no matter the height imo
