Jackson Dinky Transformation! Quick Custom Guitar Paintjob!

Just a really short and sweet video of refinishing my Jackson Dinky JS32T DKA. This guitar is $369.99 and rips! Its fun to play, but I'm allergic to the finish. So to keep it playable, I need to refinish it so I decide to have fun and create a paintscheme I've always been wanting!
Inspired by the 80's bright yellow Ibanez RG and the Canabilsmo finishes of Solar Guitar.
Thanks to Guitar Guts for a great how to create this paint effect very easily!

how long are you gonna let it dry for? i’m doing a custom paint on one of my ML’s and trying to get a few opinions!

So I sprayed clear tonight which means I let it dry a bit over 72 hours!

how do you do the clear coat?
do u sand after the clear coat?

So after I met the paints dry for 72 hours or so I’ll spray a clear, about 4-6 coats. Let that cure for a week or two and then level sand and buff for a nice super smooth finish!

This is a budget transformation, about $30 in supplies. So for now the Trem will stay, but maybe in the future!
