They are now mentioning as in saying Chepito's name, but he's nowhere to be found in this Santana's band. And that Latino playing that accoustic guitar doesn't look much like Santana, instead, he looks more like another younger Latino character playing that accoustic guitar.
It is kind of cover. Not one to one Santana's Gitano. But if you listen carefully both of theirs song , the Omar Rios band is able to produce the identical of Santana's song. They preferred to add some nice extension.As a guitar player i am ; when Santana produced that song i listened carefully and played it easely.(more than 45 y ago) But i couldn't play Omar's beginning solo with the same effort.
That young guitarist who plays solo at he beginning is a genius.
