I don't know who this guy is what is a joke
He's the US House Representative from the Stone Mountain/Lithonia and parts of Lilburn areas of Georgia. The zone is gerrymandered to be mostly black, except for the parts of Lilburn used to nullify their votes. Stone Mountain and Lithonia are dumps and poor suburbs of Atlanta. Hank always is dressed sharp though, and thats all that matters.
