Everybody has a different way of styling their house when you have a lot of money how are you going to fill your house up with all different kinds of stuff everybody is not going to like the same thing as everybody else
I don’t understand some of the weirder designs like the open roof closet but I would do a way different style anyways

The way this house is designed has somehow managed to make a mansion seem like an endless series of cramped and awkwardly shaped rooms.
Completely underwhelmed by this house, the design is terrible. Least favourite house so far.

I fast forwarded from where Michael was talking about the watch and landed on the kitchen. It looked awkward and I didn't really care to see more. This house was definitely was designed poorly.

Im back after being sick and in the hospital for a while.. 20 years ago I had a kidney transplant and found out last week I found out it was failing.. so i was put in the hospital had a tube put in my chest and started dialysis... BUT I am back!

donita white I’m hoping for a Living Related Donor. But I have to have a referral for a Transplant Doc from Dialysis and they are dragging their feet. They are dead set on me getting a fistula NOW! But I don’t want a fistula if I’m gonna have a transplant soon.
You are really buying the 2.5 acres in bel-air. The house is really dated and needs to be entirely replaced. It is a maze of late 80s design likely built in early 90s with so much wasted space and pointless rooms.
That's what I would do. Tare down.

This house is one of the worst we've seen on this channel. It isn't thought over at all, a complete waste of space with 12 zillions sitting spaces..
with a mix of designs. And for this price, totally overpriced.. but then again it's Bel Air so that must be the reason.

Was I the only one that didn’t like the wood finishing on some of the cabinets and stuff looks outdated to me to be honest
Perhaps it is because I grew up in an 80's 90's house, but to me this has a very welcome and homely feeling. I'd take this over any abstract concept house any day.

I filmed a house tour here a while ago! One of my team’s listings! LA mansion tours never get old
this was immediately apparent to not be a well designed house, right from those 1980s garage doors, it was a dead giveaway from the beginning. even Michael got lost. 19:38 and what is that? an afterthought for the light fixture??
Even once people move in, someone will be coming over to feed the fish and maintain the tank. Most fun job I ever had, being an assistant to someone who maintained tanks for corporations and well-to-do people. I'd love to rent that first bedroom and have stairs down to the pool. Do you think I could do that for $300 a month? Several of the homes that you've shown, and other realtors have shown, have the same art - Jack and other celebrities, plus the silkscreen like paintings of the woman in a bikini. 'They do love an impractical balcony, don't they, in this house' is Adam's best comment in the video except for the 'she said' he snuck in after Michael's observation 'it's just so big' about the ceilings.
So that’s the house Oscar dressed up in drag and went on Coke binges inside.

A lot of people said the house is terribly designed. I love it - particularly the dramatic tall ceilings interspersed throughout and the wonderful patios and views. But I think the problem is with the staging. Good use hasn't been made of all the space. There're a lot of areas to customize - a hobby room, a play room, cigar and wine room, music room - but someone staging the house won't have the pieces to do that. It would cost a fortune to display the full potential. It's up to the realtor to know the client's needs and point out the possibilities. It didn't help that Michael and Adam didn't seem to know a lot about the place, either. While we enjoy the banter, they're getting a bit lazy in thinking that's all we're here for. We want to know details about the home.
It's a "party house". The Proof was the Phone Booth. Comes in handy, when your hosting a "gathering", and the Dance Music is on LOUD !

The house next to it is nice, the other one up the drive, that's for sale as well for about 23 I think. I'd like to see 521 north canon drive or 1300 Beverly Estates drive. Nice size house for the asking price in bel air.

just didn't flow, it would drive me nuts, needs pulling down, and start again. the seller will have there work cut out to achieve their asking price, but its location is 80% of the price. if someone has the dosh what could built be in that location could be outrageous and a huge asking price.

They didn't find much to say about it at all. Very disappointing lack of knowledge about the features.
Spacious with great high ceilings on occasion, but with an overall scattered feeling. Lacks a cohesive plan. Lots of potential for re-design though.
