Hi Carla lovely vlog in the sun. SW made me feel a failure too as I realise now I can't stand the programne I'm convinced its designed to make the majority of members fail as the maintenance plan is non existent. I follow a few sw who still seem to struggle & feel so guilty eating normal foods. Although they have lost a lot of weight they still bitch & moan over a few pounds its so boring. I've been dabbling with fasting & so much happier I really love it. Less focus on food & more time spent on other things in life. Only thing is if I eat something horrible I get sooo pissed off. My least fave foods that I really have to work hard on is eating more veg. I struggle to fit in 3-4 portions a day & find it so hard esp when I eat 2ce a day but I know it's good for me that is my main daily battle. Thanks for answering my question & u have raised ur kids so well - the new kids on the block understand diversity & climate change I really hope they start to shake things up🙏🏽🤗💫.

The question about your legs...Carla since giving up sugar and fasting the pain in my legs have gone...I am feeling feeling so good and my weightloss is going down too. If you find what you are doing a struggle... you have nothing to lose by giving it ago. , don't be afraid to try it. Even if its just for a month. You have done amazingly well. I got stuck around 7 stone but since calories and then stopping sugar has changed my life. You are a fabulous Youtubber, I too follow Curuso she is hilarious but you are the British version of her. You make me laugh and bring joy to others. I admittedly don't watch your ebay video as that's not for me but I'm sure they are just as good as all of your others. What a lovely idea to get matching tattoos with your daughter. I've always wondered why people go back to the same location, it makes sense. We only go where people recommend. . Keep going Carla.
