6-Year-Old Gets 150 Bunchems Velcro Balls Stuck in Her Hair
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 7 фев 2025
- Kids love the popular toy called Bunchems, little colorful balls that stick together like velcro and can be used to build all kinds of things. But the spiky balls can also stick to hair. Parents across the country are posting videos of the balls all tangled up in their kids’ hair. Lisa Hoelzele’s 6-year-old daughter Abigail had 150 Bunchems matted into her hair after her brother dumped a bucket of them on her head! So, how to get Bunchems out of hair? Before you get the scissors, watch this. #InsideEdition

@@nmn3541 Well I don't know if I would go that far. That usually is my answer to stuff like this, but clearly those things attach automatically. I guess it could be said that if on the packaging it says keep away from hair, as a mother myself I would of never bought it for a kid under the age of 12. My daughter is older now, but I could see my niece whom is 4 having those things in her hair with a quickness. But most incidents do happen from lack of watching, like the peanut butter baby meme. That mother had to not be watching her kids for like hours for them to retrieve the peanut butter, get the idea, and than start wiping it all over each other in till the child was covered every inch over their body.

Such a weird warning to have to put on kids' product. Half of the kids playing with those, inevitably, will have long hair, and kids aren't exactly skilled at keeping hair and toys separate. I have not actually seen the packaging, but images I've seen make it look like the warning isn't super obvious, either.

It was admirable that she did it but they don’t look as deep in or wrapped up as they do on the kids
The ones in the reporters hair you can still see a lot of pink at the top with little to no hair covering the pink(as if she just placed them there and rubbed back and fourth(like teasing hair) to get them stuck in)
On the kids it looked like they likely kept playing for a while after they first fell in, tried to get them out on their own before getting help from their parents, or were maybe rolling around on the floor and swinging their hair around which made hair get wrapped up over the top of the balls too
I’m sure conditioner and oil can really help but I don’t think it’ll be nearly as fast or easy on people who have their hair wrapped around the top sides of these balls as well😅
