- Michael Myers' (James Jude Courtney) bloody rampage is put on pause after he is unmasked by Karen Nelson (Judy Greer).
Halloween Kills (2021): Minutes after Laurie Strode, her daughter Karen and granddaughter Allyson left masked monster Michael Myers caged and burning in Laurie's basement, Laurie is rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, believing she finally killed her lifelong tormentor. But when Michael manages to free himself from Laurie's trap, his ritual bloodbath resumes. As Laurie fights her pain and prepares to defend herself against him, she inspires all of Haddonfield to rise up against their unstoppable monster. The Strode women join a group of other survivors of Michael's first rampage who decide to take matters into their own hands, forming a vigilante mob that sets out to hunt Michael down, once and for all.

wasn't till year later i finally realized, it's actually her looking over his shoulder begging her mom to go ahead with that sneaky pitchfork stab from behind. Which if you go back and watch the rest again you also realize throughout the movie there is a statue already holding the pitchfork by the front door on the myer's house's porch. Gotta love the prop departments attention to consistent detail, the same with michael's now bandaged 2 blown off fingers and neck hole in the mask from that sewing needle incident in the original film. Too bad the "supernatural" healing element hinted in the final scene it didn't carry over properly in the script like the rest of the attention to his deterioation overtime.
Nah, the logic of Michael's head tilt was of concern....
HE has emotion and a conscience, you can't tell me HE don't after everything done in this scene from being overboard with anger on Cameron and confrontational to Allyson and bailed on Cameron to pursue down the stairs before it was like HE realised that the bannister method used hadn't worked as HE thought it would've.. showing HE does think humanely.
So to put it all together... HIS tilt to Allyson was a wonder of concern if she is actually accepting her fate or toying with that act of surrender as the way HE seen her earlier as a fighter to give up like that, until..... Backstabbed by Karen.
Then she is all like, "Was I talking to you, Michael?" Because she is directly talking to Karen

@@Kenny-ep2nf maybe “officially” he didn’t, however I’ve viewed several different copies of the movie and that whisper is there in all of them. So I don’t think it was edited in by a fan after the fact.

Kills definitely has a case for most underrated in the franchise. It really emphasizes Michael being a force of nature and has some great kills.
It's still wild that this is the same timeline where he then gets nerfed and pushed around by a guy who got pushed around by band geeks.

Cameron's death was one of the most brutal in the whole franchise, in my opinion. Like I'd almost rather be stabbed by Michael, than to have my neck broken.
Brady in pt4, Big John, and the girl that got her leg snapped in the elevator are up there for me.
I think Michael snapped his neck as some sort of mercy kill

I get everyone being annoyed by the "evil dies tonight" etc, but to me this movie was great. Michael doing what he does best for almost 2 hours.

How they went from this epic movie to Ends I’ll never know!!!!! This should of been the last one and to me it is and waiting for the sequel we deserved not ENDS!!!!!!!!!!!

First time michael actually spoke.
I know he said "die" to loomis in the 09 remake sequel but that movie just wasn't it so it doesn't count to me since its a re-imagining of michael myers anyway.
I will say I think Rob Zombie's 1st halloween movie is pretty fun and gets a lot of unfair hate. Sure its a little different but thats the point when you remake a movie with your own flair, people just love to hate on it because its the cool thing to do imo.

No matter what I'm told, this scene shows Michael actually has a conscience but hid from the Loomis and ones who wanted to study HIM...
In this sequence you can see that HE had a conscience, personality and a repulsive necessity for violence beyond a human's figurate of need.
You just see it in HIS actions, that the Shape has emotions by getting ragingly mad on Cameron than Allyson from everything HE did to him.
The dash walk out of that closet gives off a *"I've had enough of unwelcome visitors in my house! And YOU are gonna get it for not only being in here but also for being the boyfriend of the one that indulged me with knife pain over a few hours ago!"*
Disarming her the way it was performed was aggressive for the emotionless Shape that Loomis claimed HIM to be. It changed to HIM playing with the death food for HIS evil hunger to have her suffer with Cameron's pain, HE most definitely enjoyed doing that exactly when viciously finishing him off but that head turn while on the stairs towards his incapacitated and disabled head, Michael showed a *"Oooh, he isn't dead yet? Allow me to fix that!"*
Its official... Michael Myers has emotion and knows game to the enjoyment of having his victims gradually suffer what HE sheds upon them, fast or slow.
Micheal has a conscience sure, he thinks and is smarter than most people yea, but he doesn't feel normal emotion like anyone, he doesn't like killing, he doesn't have a reason for it, he just does it. Everything u see in this scene was methodical and planned, it wasn't a crime of passion, that would defeat micheals purpose as a character.

Yes HE'S never had a purpose to kill other than feeding on victims to heal from injuries by ending their lives by HIS methods to be exact.. Hand(s) or weaponry, so HIS Evil proves the host is capable to kill thousands after 40 years not doing so, however I expect HE did kill patients over the 4 decades and its why all of them in Smith's Grove sensed and feared the Evil aura that surrounds Michael in that courtyard when Aaron Cory shows HIM the mask. A pure element that HE killed loads and it's how HE stayed strong to escape and kill bus patrol.
Most don't get that what HE does to Aaron and Diana is bc of those bus kills that fuelled HIM not to feel the crowbar impact but also the fact that Diana feared HIS pursuing her in those stalls with nowhere to go. It was so understanding to how Michael did all that was capable to in 2018s beginning but HE definitely murdered people inside Smith's Grove.. secretly and then acting like HE doesn't do the kills, just like in the comic script book as a kid and that's how not even Sartain or the guards there think it was HIM but all patient's do know it.

@@TK--hf6db No, it's pretty bad. Apart from the first, the Halloween movies have been nothing more than a popcorn flick. I clicked on this link thinking it was from the newer movie, but the older one is so bland that I forgot these kills were in here.
Even among Halloween sequels this one was really weak, I completely forgot it existed over the previous movie. Of the new movies, only the first is considered decent enough to remember.
