    I'm beyond surprised to see you in my hometown, playing at a court which I've been to! Are you there for the youth tournament? Would love to attend a workshop if you're giving one! Enjoy the food and make sure to stop by the Turkish bath.

    Coach, I am very good at dribbling, but when I played a 3 x 3 tournament, I couldn't handle the ball and it was easily stripped by my defender and the helpside. I was not even able to use my off arm to pushoff my defender as he was stronger . Can you please suggest me how I handle the ball better in games ? Please Reply 🏀❤️🏀

      If you actually have a good handle (outside a game, like 1 on 1 of drills and stuff like that) but the ball gets stripped in a normal game... confidence could be the missing part, I find it hard to dribble if I'm excited or nervous.

    As someone who can’t palm the ball, does that make these easier? Are you still able to have the same English without palming?

    • @desnatis
      @desnatis 3 месяца назад +4

      Palming makes it way easier, but tough finishes are still doable without it

    • @Jimmythehead

      @@desnatis makes sense. I was not gifted with large hands even being 6’1, and feel like those around me that can palm have an easier time handling and finishing

    • @desnatis
      @desnatis 3 месяца назад +2

      @@Jimmythehead you should practice palming. As long as your hand can span two segments of the ball, you should be able to palm it for a little bit.

      @@Jimmythehead bro palming means nothing, stop focusing on what you don't have and focus on what you do have, you have decent height 6'1 and are probs faster and more agile than tall ppl, so that's an advantage you use, like you do dribble moves and drive to the basket like Curry against Gobert, that way you can score even when smaller

      Eggs don't even have that much protein, each egg only has like 4-5 grams protein, 8 eggs gives 40-50g. But they contain other good nutrients. Better to combine with eating a lot of chicken or beef or meat to get strong
