A New Englander looking to retire in TN. A lifelong conservative tired of living in a dark blue state. What's your opinion of Greeneville and/ or Greene Cty area?
Wife and I are looking at East Tennessee. Looking for 10 acres and a house with view of the mountains. Looking for 450k and under. Any recommendations welcome. Will definitely reach out if you recommend towns in your range.
That will be tricky due to the price of land around here. You might find something is some of the more rural areas like Cosby, sweetwater, loudon, lafollette, and places like that. I can set you up a search to see what’s out there if you’d like.
Thanks for the video but am a little concerned when I look at yourube now and see alot of real estate agents looking out of their own state to bring in transplants from other states and seeing the very make up of what these Beautiful places used to be. I at times feel bad for the locals as they are not able to purchase their first home in their own state because of the huge influx of transplants . I understand that people can move where they choose but just noticed this trend with alot of real estate agents. Also with an influx of 12000 illegals pouring into this country everyday and being given free bus and plane rides to anywhere in the country they want to live that will also add to the influx of different states. So alot of places will definitely change alot as well because of the border crisis not to mention a pastor friend stated that Maine is offering to pay rent for the illegals up to 2 years. Not sure where they will get the money but I guess they are trying to be prepared for the influx they see coming to their state. I'm sure many states will follow along and finding a house or apartment will become more and more difficult but I get the joy of knowing this place is not my eternal home.
I make videos to help people that are looking to move to the area. I feel bad for the people that are having to flee their own states because of bad leadership. If I can help someone make a better life for their family then that’s what I’m going to do. The whole reason America was founded is for this very reason. If you’re concerned about this then don’t move here. Like I’ve said in many of my videos, East TN is not for everyone.
@@chevyemert5655 - Hello and I understand just curious to see if you will feel that way in a couple of years. To be honest I wasn't looking to move to East Tennessee or Tennesse at all I was trying to find a vlog about Tennesse but now youtube has it that whenever you look up any state all you get are a lot of real estate agent vlogs. We actually moved to Arkansas, Northwest to be exact and are seeing illegals being dropped off in Beautiful neighborhoods and nowhere to go. So yes Arkansas has a whole lot of influx from transplants coming in but we are also getting alot of people being dropped off here as well. Alot changing in this country and a lot to pray about no matter where people are moving they will be dealing with the same thing. I'm hearing and seeing this all over the country. Thanks
I like the Christmas display at the Cove at Concord Park.
