A "fair" trial is simply the best way of getting to the truth. You needn't fear it - a fair trial will find him guilty of the crimes he committed.
Because they need to ensure the people who are sentenced are indeed guilty. It’s not meant to protect criminals, it protects everyone by ensuring that you can’t be thrown in prison based on an accusation alone.

How many of them were killed in Rwanda including congo and even congolese people were killed cause of that one person(paul kagame). That genocide were all fake, it was more hutus that lost their lives than tutsi.
