In these videos, why does the idiotic host interrupt with stupid comments?
Because it's my channel. Feel free to start one on your own lol
The Pin of Shame!!
Because it's funny? Pretty simple.
Because he's in charge of the channel and you are not.
Because he bothers to look for these and you don't. And he is funny.
"... I'm a living person!"
"Yep! And that's why you're standing in front of me. If you were dead, the case would be dismissed"
PRICELESS!
LOL
Reminds me of the aussie cop when a sovcit asked him "Am I a living man", replied "I'm not going to assume your gender".
These guys will use any argument just not to take accountability
That cracked me up - on the bus!
i almost spit out pepsi when she said that
I love judges that don't put up with sov cit crap. Warms my heart.
My favorite is still the one where the guy tried to say he was the representative so the judge said "OK well when you go back to jail you can tell him to come to his rescheduled arraignment next month. Next case!"
The look on dudes face when he realized his antics only got him another month in the holding cell was priceless.
Or the one where the SovCit told the Judge “You’re yelling at me Your Honor and it’s not necessary!”
The Judge’s response “Well, since you’re not really present anyway, it shouldn’t bother you who I’m yelling at!”
@@aeromedical6776 Never saw that one. Sounds like a classic to me!
More and more now that they are known as pests and the judges have had to deal with more
Your honor, i need time to think about the crap I believe...
This judge should stand as an example of how to deal with SovCit mouth flappers, she's amazing!
That was a world-class shutdown of the magical incantations and gibberish.
I want to marry her.
@@carriteI wish more judges would tell them that their beliefs in all caps and other magical properties of letters and languages or thinking their word games have an impact has no bearing in a court of law.
what would be great is if before people posted comments like this they would watch more videos and see that more and more judges are doing exactly this. police officers too
@@steveswangler6373 What would be great is if people would realize we can comment how we want without asinine comments like this, regardless of the number of videos someone assumes we've watched
Judge: How do you wish to proceed Mr. Margosian?
Mr.M: I would like to stay as standby counsel, get some popcorn, get comfy, and watch my idiot client talk himself into a 20 year jail term.
He's already had such 🤪 jobs to represent.
😂 x 10
xD It's like legitimizing the comedy in someone else's misfortune, and without a single person feeling the need to complain about it whatsoever!
Love how she just tells him it's all irrevallent and to move on
Dude may not get the maximum, likely won't, but if he represents himself he's gonna talk his way into a hefty term.
The most effective debunk for The Sovereign citizen argument. If you were dead this case would be dismissed. Somebody give her a gold medal.
She deserves a crown! 👑 Love from Sweden
It doesn't need to be debunked. It's just a bunch of nonsense.
I didn't even get my bingo card started, she shut that down so quickly.
LOL
Yeah,my popcorn was still popping!
He embezzled money from his boss and seriously thought he didn’t hurt anyone?!?! Come on.
Trump says fraud is a victimless crime, as long as it is him doing the fraud. Or the rape. Or the treason. SovCits are just baby trumps.
This guy actually thought he could get away with his crimes by saying his name in caps gets him a pass??? Wow. Enjoy prison dude.
It would be interesting if they put his name in all lower case letters. How would he handle that in his sov-tard script😮
When I prepare income tax returns our software requires codes to be in CAPITAL letters so I leave the caps lock on, in surprised I haven't run into somebody complaining about that yet
He forgot to copyright it so it's now legal to write it down.
Nohe saying his former employee are a corporation which grants him free passes to embezzled and steal from them.
It's a common tactic these SovTards use. Has never worked...but they keep hoping they'll be the first.
Damn, imagine facing 15 years in jail and you’re own defence is the sovcit BS 🤦🏻♂️😂 good luck brother
Well the truth is he'll probably only have to serve five to eight years as a Freeman Upon The Jail.
@@philipem1000 Sad that their paranoia prevents them from taking any plea bargain, thus dooming them to fail at trial and risk the whole marble.
They think that they've all found the secret cheat code on the internet. The all CAPS name thing is probably the dumbest part though...almost as bad as the jurisdiction argument.
I think the I am not me part is the worst.
I freaking love this judge. Just zero fucks given for his nonsensical BS.
You could practically HEAR the gears grinding to a halt in his head as she immediately shut down SovTard talking point after SovTard talking point. 😂
Yeah, he was anticipating the fun of 10 minutes of narcissistic masturbation but each time she slammed the door in his face. Great stuff.
This judge shut it all down without once raising her voice. Damn impressive. I think much of it comes down to the immediacy of her takedown. The more you let a Sovcit hear their own voice, the more they think they have a legit argument and the more they'll waste people's time. The sooner you can make it clear early on, the better off for everyone.
She was brilliant
Very much a mother and/or former teacher. Reminds me of my aunt, who had a solid history of teaching kindergarten and I believe a bit of 1st grade as well.
Yup. Like the 'ALL CAPS' name nonsense. "That's irrelevent..." "means nothing..." Just that quick.
Appearing on his own behalf-
Famous last words
Darrell Brooks appeared on his own behalf and now has 6 LIFE SENTENCES & 1000 years in jail. Good times.
Well, you know the old saying - "He who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client". As an aside, I went to look up who actually quoted that. Many attributed it to Abraham Lincoln, but apparently, that saying may go all the way back to 1682. Apparently there were other similar sayings such as one regarding physicians, such as "He that Consults his Physician, and will not Follow his Advice, must be his Own Doctor". I personally like this version : "A man who represents himself in court has a fool for a lawyer and a jackass for a client".
Love you Team Skeptic . I’ve noticed more and more judges are shutting this down quickly. My favorite is still Judge Oakley who told the defendant that he gets to make the decision because he wears the black robe. He sentenced the defendant to 30 days for contempt in under 5 minutes.
Omg I love that judge to his expressions and no nonsense attitude
Same
Chief Judge Brian Oakley is absolutely the best of an excellent bunch
I LOVE Judge Oakley! @@pamelamorrison4086
Yes! All together now: More Oakley Videos! More Oakley Videos! More of this judge, too.
I love that video.
He allegedly embezzled nearly $70K, and he had the audacity to claim there was no crime.
How can he not understand there is a victim
And it’s not him
With sovereign citizens, all the fluff about a crime needing a victim is just that-fluff. None of this is about any perceived morals. It's only about what they can get away with.
Well, that isn't really what he's saying. He's saying that the crime was committed by someone who walks like him, talks like him, looks like him and has the same DNA as him, but is actually a legal fiction whereas he's a natural living man whom, apparently, the criminal justice system cannot touch because it is only able to deal with people who consent to be dealt with.
Reminds me of DJT 45!
@@jodiforeman3314
How, you ask?
By a near-complete lack of intra-cranial synapses. An EEG on the guy would register less electrical activity than a cheap Chinese AAA battery on Christmas night.
I've said it tons of times before there isn't a single sovereign citizen who is actually a person of integrity. They will always attempt to flee any and all responsibilities when caught. They would t bone your car and leave you to suffer without a shred of remorse.
They weren't t-boning, they were traveling!
You are right about them leaving the accident. Most don't carry Auto insurance.
*No such thing as an honest SovCit. No exceptions.*
Let him represent himself right into jail why do the judges and defense attorneys even try to help them
Let them screw themselves
@@jodiforeman3314 They try to help the idiots in case the idiot files an appeal, and the appeals court actually reviews the case. If the judge and/or defense attorney did not offer the same help and advice that they offer anyone else, the idiot could win his appeal.
Best I've EVER seen it handled. She knows goddamn well there's no merit to anything he's saying and no chance to change his mind. 'You're wrong. You're just wrong. If you persist, we throw you in the hole. Would you like a lawyer, sir?'
And THAT'S the way it's done!
Need more judges like her!!!! No bullshit, no giving him an inch.
And this is how you shut this nonsense down: the judge was firm and professional. All other judges need to watch this video.
So he stole from the business owner...and he doesn't think there is a victim?
IKR, he's so delusional
That's the thing with sovtards, one of pillars of their rhetoric is that there is no crime is there is no a victim, a person, who is phisically injured. It's in the same spirit with the travelling-driving, misinterpreting legal texts to create their "beliefs".
He thinks only a living person can be a victim and a company is not a living person!
@@macdieter23558 Yeah but a person owned the company. The business owner was the victim. The typical SovCit argument is nonsense, but at least it makes a bit of sense, even if it's wrong.
To be honest, though, I almost did a spit take when they said his crime was embezzlement. The guy here is as dumb as a bag of hammers.
From the amount of equipment stolen and the money, this is probably a small incorporated entity or LLC. There are sole proprietors, and partnerships, where everything belongs to the proprietor(s). Then the victim is definitely a living person. If you are self employed, you want to incorporate for many reasons. If you are incorporated, your personal income and assets are protected from embezzlement. If you get sued, they are protected. Then there are the tax consequences… Corporations have representatives.
This judge is a BOSS!!!😂😂😂
"I am a living person"
"Yes that's right because if you were dead this case would be dismissed"
Gotta love judge logic in these complex legal issues
SovCit: let me take that option to get out.
She’s hilarious she just has one good line after another
Why do they try so hard to help people who want to screw themselves
Why doesn't EVERY judge do this?? As soon as they start that pattern of babbling the Judge just goes "Nope. Not valid."
It would save so much time
They never learn.
"I need some time to think" !!
Dammit Your Honor, you TOTALLY threw him off his script !😅😂😅😂😅😂
(GREAT job by the way) !!
This guy was trying to pull any and every thing out of his hat that he learned on RUclips. Denied!!
But I always was under the impression that YT Law University simply trumps the likes of Harvard or Michigan law schools, VegasBabygirl??!! lol
@jimc668b7
Is that the cheap little Chevy car? Pretty BAD!
He's another Graduate of the Google School of Law.
Dude is a Yusef El enjoyer.
I don't think it was his hat. I think he pulled it out of the other end
I'm sure his future cellmate will appreciate him being a living man. Also, cool name for a public defender.
He would be stfu while cleaning the cell to my standards and going to get me some chips.

@@usmcchrisg...what an upstanding moral character you are.
@@madwhitehare3635 you don't know the half of it
Love this judge, doesn't let him even get started. Shuts down the arguments that are not legal. Nice job judge
LOL Literally THE biggest smack down from a judge I've ever seen!
I don't get how he's being so flippant when he's potentially facing 25 years behind bars. It's like he wants to get locked up.
I'm thinking he will be gone out of the country by now
I love it when a judge tells the SovCit the truth.
7:18 "I...I need some time to think." Glorious!
It's not a matter of time. Capability is the issue..
Seen this several times and I laugh everytime. Especially when he goes "I'm the living person" and the Judge says "Yep and that's why you're standing in front of me. If you were dead the case would be dismissed."
She was just screwing with him. A corporation could also be charged with a crime and it would NOT be "the living person", yet could have its case processed through someone who is a licensed attorney who is the authorized representative of the non-living person. For real. It's done every day.
The thing that kills me, is that they never learn from their buddies mistakes.
Half of them are already in jail(with a painful memory of Mr. Sparky to go with it), and they are all sometimes thousands of dollers poorer.
And we keep on laughing🙂
Thanks!
They never do. Think they are convinced that a) their buddy didn’t do the magic words quite right or b) the court decided to lock them up despite their ‘innocence’.
@@archervine8064Usually B. But they never make the leap of "the evil tyrannical government locked up my buddy. Maybe I shouldn't play the same game."
There’s a million RUclips sov cit videos all the same and you would think they would watch them
And learn but they are so entrenched in their delusional lies their brains would explode if they admitted defeat
How dumb are you to believe that everybody who tries something like that in court is interlinked on a social level?
They are living lemmings
He can’t be sentenced to prison. He doesn’t have a contract with the prison and doesn’t consent to being imprisoned.

Dude you gotta stay on top of this, this clown will be a gold mine. Bloody brilliant as always
I can't be charged with a crime unless I steal from somebody! 😂😂😂
My favorite line from the judge was , "That means nothing". 😂😂😂😂😂
I love his logic. Based off the way he thinks you can walk into any store and steal anything and everything without consequences. What a a unbelievably stupid and evil way to think. I hope he gets the full 25 years in prison.
"I need some time to think".
A sovtwit think? That would be a first!
I don't think thinking means what he thinks it means.
Wow. For the first time ever I see a sovcit actually realize the judge might know the law better then he does. But facing 25 years in jail makes you rethink your "all cap name" legal theory.
He's not wrong about the all-caps name; he simply used the wrong form and wrong procedure, and the "argument" he did use wasn't grounded in legal minutiae.
@@JLova82 Yeah normally he should fill out some papers so the judge can deny it and fill out some more papers. But are we really going to cut down trees for that?
@@JLova82Nothing he said was remotely true or even relevant. But criminals lie. It's nothing new.
@@JLova82grammer semantics does not make for a legal argument.
@@jfh667 I didn't say "fill out some papers," did I? I said he should use a _form_ recognized by the court for his particular jurisdiction. Most of the forms used in court for your jurisdiction are available and printable online, with you only having to input the necessary information. If done respectfully, those forms are recognized and recognizable by courts.
I love how the supposed "all caps" name is issued to them "without their consent" but the name their parents gave them is okay, despite them not being able to consent to being given the name.
I love how you copypasta-ed this comment from somebody else?
He apparently thinks that he can wave away charges involving nearly $70,000 worth of crime with 25 possible years of prison, by waffling about whether his name is in block capitals or not.
Somebody should tell him about how much jail time the very celebrated actor Wesley Snipes spent in prison for trying to claim money from the IRS and failing to pay his taxes by relying on sovereign citizen arguments.

"...I need some time to think." 🤣🤣🤣 Yeah I bet
The more accurate line would be, "... I need the ability to think." 🤣
"I need some time to think." I'll take Things That Are Never Going To Happen for $200, Alex.
He says he has a right to face the victim/accuser, but since the business can't get on the stand he's free and clear.
But that's not what the Constitution says. He only has the right to face witnesses against him.
Ironically, almost all of the witnesses are probably owners or employees of the LLC that was the victim, thus also victims and accusers.
I loved the judges comment 'if you were dead, the case would be dismissed' Brilliant. Methinks the Sovtard should get his affects in gear. he's off to prison for a long time.
And if the court didn't have jurisdiction he wouldn't be there. He can become a Freeman Upon The Jail.
The underlying question is: does the sovereign citizen believe in the concept of personal ownership? If so, then the sovereign citizen must acknowledge that "the people" do own public highways, public parks, and certain tax-paid services, and have the right to demand anyone using these things to follow the mandates and pay taxes when required. If the sovereign citizen does not believe in personal ownership, then anyone is free at any time to enter the sovereign citizen's* house, sit on his sofa and watch his TV.
*Technically, it would not be the sovereign citizen's house since there is no "ownership".
Many sovcits believe that state and local governments are "corporations", if that gives you any perspective on how that argument might go...
In fact, some sovcits (especially Moorish) may well agree that they can enter "your property" and refuse to leave, because "reasons."
@@UpnorthHere I think things would come to a head and everyone would understand the concept of "ownership" when we start pulling off each other's shoes.
The Judge handled this beautifully. Easily understood even by Sov Tard standards. Good one Team.
"If you were dead the charges would be dismissed" is the best legal advice ever given to a sov. cit.
Love when the judge agreed with Bozo, "Yes you are a living man. If you were dead the case would be dismissed." Classic shut down.
Yes your a living person if you were dead no trial thats gold. I love this judge. So calm and factual more judge’s like her
In medieval England, a company was "incorporated"; that is, they acquired a "corpus" (Latin: "body", same root as "corpse"), making them subject to the law in the same way that a living person is subject to the law. So they can be prosecuted as a person or offended against as a person.
Interesting.
I love how that judge told him flat out that she DOES have jurisdiction over him. That’s the biggest claim by sovereign citizens; they believe that nobody has jurisdiction over them. That judge is awesome.
FWIW, there is a legal difference between jurisdiction "over him" and jurisdiction "over the subject matter of his case." They are not always the same.
That is an epic example of someone being owned.
I gotta give a shout out to the public defenders who do their job and try to help defendants in spite of themselves. I admire them for not screaming at their defendants.
“Not valid” 😂😂😂😂😂😂 made my day.
" I can't be held accountable because I don't understand the law"

It’s nice to see a judge who has no tolerance for this BS
What really has me thinking about this all caps name malarkey is if there was any sort of validity and a loophole to it, you'd think we as a society would spot the immediate danger and insanity of it and close it. That we haven't even paused to consider it as a problem should be a pretty heavy hint about how valid it is.
Yes! This point is not brought up enough. The law is a living thing that changes and adapts constantly. If some imprecise language in some old document led to anarchic outcomes, it would be rectified in short order.
Because you don't even know what you're looking at, let alone looking for? Let alone the true provenance behind capitalization in law? Most judges don't, doesn't mean it doesn't exist?
@@scottjohnson7248 The law is living and does have personality, which is why it's injured every time some moron makes light of the fact that capitalization, proper case, lower case, italics all have specific meaning in law and concerning the authority (or lack thereof) of one or more _persons?_
