Andy en esa época ellos tenía 18, 19 y 20 años, hablaban muy poco español... Piero cuenta que ellos no conocían la trayectoria de José José y que cuando les propusieron este tributo se pusieron a ver toda la discografía, videos y todo lo que pudieron de José José y que se pusieron muy nerviosos por el compromiso tan grande, a partir de ese momento Piero se hizo admirador de JJ y cuando lo conocieron tras el esenario el príncipe les dio muchos consejos que el nunca olvida. La verdad lo hicieron muy bien imagina extranjeros, jóvenes, frente a tantos artistas y sobre todo de José José... Lo hicieron maravilloso y ahora con más experiencia lo son aún más.

I have been following Il Volo for a decade and they just keep getting better and better and they r so young still. They have an interesting history and so cute. I want to see them live when they come to the US again

I loved this version of the Jose Jose song, it gave me chills when I first saw this performance. They’re so talented and gorgeous young men.

The only good one there is the tenor one, the other two are trying way too hard to sound dark and heavy (you can totally tell thats not their natural voice, it sounds too pushed) because the sound doesn't seem to project well even with a sound enhanced system. Id give a 6 out of 10, and a 9.6 out of 10 to the tenor
@@I_Am_Midnight-i Stick with your channel. You don't know good vocals when you hear them. Andy is a trained vocalist, a teacher, a performer and he loved them. Jose'Jose' loved it too!
@@gaylachiriaco8667 there's a difference between good vocals, and pushed false vocals (which just depressed the larynx and sing on a open decompressed vowel) which carry no real emotions. Go listen to their real voices, they might fool you, and you might think they are all dark and heavy, for me they just sound fake, and don't project well.
@@gaylachiriaco8667 if they didn't have a microphone, the only one that could be heard is the tenor, you wouldn't even hear the other two. Lol. Thats how bad they are.
Thank you for this warm-hearted reaction to my favourite band. "Grande amore", "L'amore si muove", "Ricordami", "We Are Love", "La nave del olvido" or "A chi mi dice" are more songs of theirs that you might like.

José José is a household name in my family and he's one of my idols. I grew up listening to all of his songs, and I had not heard this performance from Il Volo but I am SOOOO impressed!!

I love them. They are my favorite group right now. All three of them are incredibly talented. They made me fall in love with music like never before. I actually saw them live and I will never forget that. They are pure magic to me.
I have been a fan since they started 10 years ago. I have been to 3 of their concerts, one at Radio City Music Hall and twice in Atlantic City. Phenomenal talents that grab at your emotions and they are genuinely kind and caring to everyone. ❤❤❤

I don’t know if you know, but this song was written/composed by Roberto Cantoral to honor his mother who had just died. Everybody thinks it is a love song from a man to a woman, and well, yes, but it’s mostly a son’s love for his mom. I think this is why it’s so magical. And Jose Jose, well, I believe every Mexican loves him. His life was really tragic and sad. But he was a really nice person.
