Ill admit in 86 i had no idea who flots were and only sought them out when newsted joined metallica and because of my worship of them at 15 but since i heard doomsday for the 1st time ive loved them since. The big issue i had with When the storm comes down was a big one for a 15 yr old metalhead, that fuckin horrible cover!!! Wtf!!! Its such shit and did effect my opinion of that album, at the time. Now, its my favorite after DftD and better than NPfD, imo. But i do think that absolutely SHIT album cover did effect the overall opinion of that album. Say what you want, but as a teen these things make a difference!
