last year was also a transitional period for me. I graduated, broke up with all my friends (bc it was long overdue), and applied for college in my gap year, went through ed help, depression. I’m so excited and determined to complete my goals for 2023. I’ve completely changed as a person and I’m just ready to move on. I hope everyone has an amazing 2023!
Edit: I have an audition tomorrow for a school I never thought I would be able to get into. Let this be a reminder, it may feel scary now but it will work out fine.

one of my biggest tips for just living a happy life is to play into YOUR strengths. not every person works well waking up at 7am and doing a typical "productive daily routine" and that totally okay!!! if you work better at night, use any opportunities that you have during the night to do work and better yourself.. don't think you have to go to bed at 10pm and sleep until 7am to be a good or worthy person

Yeahh! Honestly, I do love structure, but everytime i say "okay, sooo for an hour a day, do this thing that makes you happy" or "do 30 mins a day of this revision", I NEVER EVER LOOK AT IT AND IT DOESN'T WORK LMAOOO they're such small things as well. I just like waking up, taking my time and at around whatever time I'm ready (usually 11am), just doing some relaxing things and then doing some work in a chill manner!! i struggle a lot less with procrastination if i do this rather than having allocated times
@@oopsididitagain4885 totally! structure can sometimes feel very restricting, doing an hour of work doesn't seem too long until you actually get into it
when i do an hour's worth of work i will set aside about an hour and a half so i can take breaks whenever i need it.. and it REALLY helps prevent brain-fry and restlessness!!
I don’t think you understand how happy I get whenever u upload ESPECIALLY the big sister advice ones since I’m an older sister myself I don’t really have anyone to look up to or help me navigate my life/teens really thank you so much love you so much 🤍

2021 was an awful no good year for me- definitely the worst of my life up to this point. Most of 2022 ended up being a matter of going through the motions and healing and adjusting. From late summer onward I started to make some changes to my lifestyle that have had a really big impact… also had several breakdowns buttt…. Now for 2023 I want to start building upwards and continuing to grow. Making small changes to become my own independent person.
Not quite sure why I’m sharing all this but it feels right. ☺️

Hello, Jasmine! Thank you very much for your videos! I’m from Ukraine, but I temporarily moved to Germany. This year is really hard for me, now I’m studying in two schools and I literally feel exhausted and I just wanna stop doing everything, just lay on my bed and don’t think about anything, just forget that I even exist. But your videos are motivating me, motivating me to stand up and remember that no matter what I still exist, I still need to continue living. Although I again and again I think of what have happen to my family,friends which couldn’t go out of the country,home. But not counting this Im really happy that I can still kind of stop thinking during these videos. I’m watching not only you but also other bloggers with the same type of content, but you are my favorite one, I’m so thankful to you for making theese videos. I am now motivated to take care of myself also want find ways to be comfortable with myself. When I was younger I struggled with putting others first before myself and that made me feel upset in a way. Also use to get made fun of in school for my appearance and never liked how I looked. After I found your channel I started to realize I can be myself and not care about what people think. Now I am college I feel more confident and comfortable with myself. hey jasmine! for your habit tracker, i recommend habit tracker cards! there’s so many different layouts for them, but they all have the same goal, so definitely look more into it to find one that you like best :)
this yr has been one of the hardest for me personally I felt like through out the whole yr I didn’t rlly accomplish anything n had no motivation for myself. n just felt in a stand still, especially since I was in my senior yr of hs i felt like ive fallen so behind n got trapped in a rlly depressing mental state. since the end of the yr I’ve felt my mind set shift to hopeful one which I haven’t felt in a long time. with this new yr ahead of me I feel like ive got a new clean slate to rlly start it right. last yr since I kicked it off so negatively that’s js how the rest of my yr went. I wanna take my self more seriously n set goals for myself. I wanna be able to dream n not limit myself bc i feel like I can’t do it n having others influence me. I’ve felt my mind shift to a more positive outcome/future for me. Im so excited for 2023 n i feel determined n motivated to complete my goals this yr. Like I can rlly do what I want, i don’t wanna have to be afraid of dreaming big bc I’m scared of my short coming n disappointment. I just wanna be happy n try my best. I want more for myself.
