thanks for the review, I have the same dough maker bought it almost 1 year go used it once and this morning i wanted to use it again and I'm so frustrated can't find my instruction manual no more, but house upside down and nothing.. would you happen to still have your instruction manual, can you please share it

Yes you can, you can mix probably about any dough in it.
