After using for two years, the seal of rotator broke and can not be fixed. That’s the problem of this kind design when you put motor under the bowl. Also the metal gear is not strong enough. This machine looks good but does not come with long life.

Hello, in this recipe I used AFP but I also tried using bread flour in this machine. It works well nmn but yes, when the dough became thicker, sometimes the blade loses but not all the time.

Hello. After kneading po wag nyo po muna alisin after knead. Un kneading time depende po sa inyo kung gaano katagal then un fermernt po usually from 20 mins to 1 hr. Iseset nyo po sa timer. Since non stick un bowl add lang po kau unting oil sa side un mixing bowl then cover nyo ulit. May certain temperature kasi un bowl pag nakaferment na sya kaya wag nyo po alisim after mixing.
Yes po pede na po sya ihulma. I suggest po un 1st rest is 20mins to 30mins lang. Then after mo mahulma, un final rest is 45mins to 1 hr before baking sa pre heated oven. 😊
Yes. Can use it daily just make sure to follow the resting period required in between of kneading/mixing procedure. You need to rest it for 30mins after mixing if fermation is not performed. You can immediately run another mixture of dough once fermentation is done in the mixing bowl.

Yes, kneading time is longer compared to the heavy duty mixer. As you can see in the video, kneading motion/speed is more likely manual kneading as it stops for 1 sec in between of the kneading process. But the moisture of the machine really helps to achieve the windowpane just make sure to cover it while mixing.

If mas madalas po kau po mag knead for bread better po na dough mixer ang bilhin nyo kasi if hanabishi Stand mixer po baka po masira po un makina if lagi nyo ipangknead. Allowed lang un stand mixer to knead once a day para po mamaintain un motor nya in good working condition.. Hope this helps po.

Hello po. If needed iproof. I suggest sa machine iproof kasi po may certain temperature un machine nakakahelp sa pagalsa pag sinet nyo un ferment button. Pede din nmn po hindi din iproof sa machine. Mas mabilis lang kasi magproof pag sa loob ng machine basta make sure na covered sya. Hope this helps po.

Hello po. After mixing if need mo iproof you need to set it sa machine and kung ilan minutes. Usuallu kasi ang proofing is 20mins to 1hr depende sa recipe na gamit mo.
We bought 7L version.. it seems to take too long to knead the dough before it reaches the desired consistency during window pane test, it might take 3 hrs to get proper dough consistency for the dough size we were using (1.3-1.5 kg). And the dough seems to be too warm. Maybe our dough is too hydrated, manufacturer says their usual liquid to dough ratio is 1:2. Maybe it was also the weather. Pero sad kasi it only has one speed setting, so you will wait "forever" unlike if we hand knead we're done in 1 hour.
I make 2 whole wheat loaves of 2 pounds each and knead for 30 minutes and ferment for 35 minutes six and a half cups of flour. Always have great results

Hello. The material used in the mixing knife is same materials used in the skillet (cast iron).. We call if here in the Philippines as "pundido". That's also used in kaldero which is native way to Cook rice.. It is very durable for long time using. 😊

Hello you can double this recipe for 1kilo of flour for donut recipe: 4 cups all-purpose flour 1 tbsp of active yeast 1 cup lukewarm milk 1/3 cup white sugar 2 large eggs 1/4 cup shortening or 1/4 cup of melted butter (cooled) 1 teaspoon salt 1 tsp of Vanilla
1st rest ko is 20mins lang. Then un sa 2nd rest ko sya pino proof ng matagal up to 1hr.. I usually rest the machine for 30mins then bago ko gamitin ulit to pro long the life. I tried na to use it continuously pero once ko lang ginawa nun madami akong orders.

Oh.. that's sad to hear.. :( I haven't tried the full capacity of the 5L but I got the consistency of I want at 40mins kneading for 6 cups of flour.

I am using this bear machine sis. U can use your own recipe. Hydration of flour is dependent on the the type of flour used. Hope that helps :)
