This may be off topic - but the way you speak and general vibe you give off is just so easy to listen to and digest, it feels very satisfying to listen to someone so clearly intentional with their communication! You seem very sweet and intelligent and I really enjoyed this video, thank you!

Really appreciate how well put together this video was (-: Your presentation style is really nice, concise, but also very gentle, in a relaxing way. Wishing you lots of rest, in whatever ways are most meaningful to you 🙏

You were a recommended video on my home page and I binged on a few of your videos already! I am so glad I found you. I, too, enjoy listening to you. I noticed you may have been a Notion user in the past. Do you still use it? if so I'm curious to know if you use it help with addressing rest deficit.
