Tears are falling as I watch this (in a cleansing way) . A bereavement fora long lost childhood.that was s o idyllic (without rose tinted glasses on.). PLEASE treasure your Mum more than ever. I continue to miss mine( she brought me up on her own & was ‘tired’ a mere 6 yrs ago), and indeed my ‘Daddy’ after 53 years he had to go. …. Awful
My then husband and i nearly bought a stone cottage in Derbyshire in the 80s. It was called Woolley Cottage, on Woolley Moor. We decided against it, as it was too remote, being the only building for miles and us having small children. Shame though, never mind. Great video.
So funny, we immigrated to Canada 30 years ago which is full of forests, in British Columbia, but we cannot go walking off into the woods, there really are bears, coyotes, moose which can be just as dangerous and mountain lions, at the moment we can't even leave the garbage out overnight because of the bears, I live in town of 5,000 not the wilderness
