Pain between spine and right blade. Also very annoying nagging pain in neck. Hot to touch feels cool and feel it in the side of my head behind ear as well

I have this but also get regular headaches too
what about episodes of vertigo and feeling faint all the time, with blurry vision, as well as the radiating pain to the upper/mid back? I can also rotate my head and induce pulsatile tinnitus and/or the whooshing sound of blood in my left ear only. I have constant pressure behind my eyes, and frequent headaches. I have had many MRI of head and brain, arteries in neck, have been seen by Cardiologists, ENT and neurologists. They have told me what is ISNT, but not what it IS. Recently saw a Spine Surgeon, says I need replacement C5 disc. Can this be the root of my issues?

What about ringing in the ears
Are these symptoms the same for the lower spine cuz thisnis getting way worse even w a nevro implant and oxycodone im soo sick of this lifestyle !
regarding to my MRI report , i have c4-c5 ( medium size bulging disc) , c5-c6 (small size bulging disc) , and c6-c7 (small size bulging disc) the symptoms, - uncontentious pain in my left arm - dizziness (24/7) - i feel a little bit heaviness in my legs my doctor informed that - in my case - the dizziness and heaviness are not related to the bulging discs that i have . desperately, i had a blood test and found out that my vitamin D is 23.8 ng/ml , and Ferritin is 22.9 ng/ml , i started to take a medicine 5 weeks ago , but unfortunately i didn't get better yet ,
so it will be really appreciated if you could help out , and put my mind to rest by answering the following - are the symptoms that i feel related to my cervical disc issue ?
Should quite working out and lifting weights ?

Stop lifting w weights ot will only aggravate the cervical vertebrae.
