That's a good question. Unfortunately the bus does not have large storage spaces. However, the front seats can be flipped to adjust large spaces. I recommend calling METRO if the bus operator allows you to bring a large rolling bag. Here is there phone number: 713-635-4000
@@HOUExplorer hello. I’m planning to go from IAH to Downtown carrying 2 large pieces of luggage (45lb each). Is that ok to take this bus or would you recommend another service (that is not renting a car)?
Sir please make a vidio rute ride george bush (iah) to downton city.. what transportation i can ride for airport to donwon city houston. Start terminal E/D
I will have that trip on RUclips in a few weeks (still editing). METRO Bus Route 102 only stops at Terminal C. At the airport, there is a mini train that can take you from Terminal E/D to Terminal C.
It used to be $15.00 one way, but they’ve brought down to $4.50. In my opinion, I think it is cheap compare to NYC MTA. I know a commuter bus from Manhattan to the suburbs is almost $10.
@@rodhoutx Yes. It is a $1.25 for the full ride. You can download the Q Mobile Ticketing App (www.ridemetro.org/Pages/MobileTicketing.aspx) or pay $1.25. Discount only applies if you register with METRO on their Online Fare Store.
So the busses start getting ads on them. Things are getting more expensive these days. And houston called them "ugly" and it clutters your vision. But its worth to have them as they make money from them. Whats next? A jumbotrons? Lol things are getting more exciting and more modern.
I believe some transit agencies around the country are starting to allow corporate naming rights to advertise the rail/bus lines. For example, in Denver Colorado, the A-Line is also known as the "University of Colorado Line" because the University of Colorado (UC) bought that name. The A-Line goes nowhere near UC. Here's an article that LA Metro might consider doing: www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-metro-corporate-naming-policy-20161227-story.html
Excellent informative video.
What a useful video! Thank you ! 🙏🏼
Hey H-Town Explorer nice to hear you🇺🇸💪😎🙂
What's up man! Good to hear you! I hope that you are enjoying this awesome weekend weather :)
Maybe one day you could do a trip to Denver by riding the 102, then catch United, and the ride the A line to Union Station
That’s the plan. I might go to Denver during the summer.
I saw route 85 when I was by antoine Dr at live oak grill
Great video. However, idk about the bus rapid transit line from Downtown to IAH. Wished Houston had a light-rail rapid transit instead.
It´s incredible place. From Brazil.
Hey can you do the 28 OST Wayside from Magnolia Park Transit Center to Texas Medical Center

Does this bus goes to all terminals if not how to get to international terminal D
No problem. This bus only stops at Terminal C. However, at Terminal C, there is an underground train than can take you to Terminal D.
Since going to airport I assume ok to bring 1 large rolling bag and store there at open space at front of bus when I walk in?

@@HOUExplorer The Metro schedule says it's $1.25. Did they lower it to regular fare? Or do you somehow pay more to go all the way to the airport?
