yiren was the only character who was true with his feelings...he deserved true love not this chaos. Rest of them including haolan and esp Lu buwei are scheming rascals. I hate haolan for what she did to Yiren. She never truly loved him. They both were plotting from the very beginning
I don't know what kind of history you watched but Haolan was the best character in this history. She was used and cheated by both, Yiren and Lu Buwei, but she never surrended. She conquered power and stayed as she deserves in a position of respect being the mother of the heir of Qin dinasty. Yiren not only cheated her like he lived in a brothel during the time Haolan and her son was traped in another land but he manipulated her feeling till the end of his life, treating her like a trash bc of his jealousy towards LB. And LB everyone knows that he never was serious about her in a firmly way, in times he let her down for his own aspirations. Both don't deserved her, she was an amazing woman, she was ahead of her time. She is independent and brave, it's impossible to not knowledge that even if you don't like her character.
