There was a while in the mid 2000’s it seemed like I had to clean it 2-3 times a year. I hate winter. The drive sucked today lol
Yeah these carbs suck! They clog way too easily. I clean it probably 2x a year for sure! Where is here? What state?
I've got a Yardman(MTD) 25+ years old and never have cleaned the carb. I don't even use the electric start. It always starts in 1-3 pulls.
@@curtisletch6911 that’s great! I wish mine was like that but it’s not.
@@curtisletch6911 seems those old ones are built a lot better too. I have a tiller from the 1950s and that thing runs like a champ and never do anything to it at all.

I don’t remember off hand. I went through MTD and put in the model number and got it from there
What is the cleaning solution you use in your ultrasonic cleaner?
I use ChemDip carb cleaner
