I heat my water up in the kettle until it's boiling, then I pour the water in the bowl. Not sure why but it turns out better this way. I've tried microwaving it but it gives it a different taste and the noodles get weird. Boil the water then add it. It's much better.

This is by far the best 🍜 I've ever tried, I can eat 5 bowls in 3 hours if I wanted to, it's that good I recommend!

I like to let mine sit long enough that the noodles absorb all the broth, it's fire and never too spicy.

I never put the seasoning before it's cooked and I never put to much water just enough to coat the noodles with the seasoning when done 5min in microwave and yup maximum flavor recipe
