I agree with you I love boiling my ramen in the flavored water. The other day I took half a teaspoon of "Better than Bouillon" out of the jar and added it to the boiling water also and it made my beef Ramen taste so spectacular
If you add a little bit (1 tbl spoon) of gyoza sauce (half soy sauce and half rice wine vinegar) the little bit of vinegar helps poach the egg and keeps the whites and makes it really delicious! Thank you for sharing the video

Another technique you might like is making ramen in the microwave with very little ramen then on a pan make scrambled eggs (slightly underdone so its not too chunky and dry. This also works well with rice. For regular rice substitute half the water with chicken broth/stock and with Rice Pilaf use all chicken stock instead of water for insanely great tasting rice! Also adding 1 slice of American cheese to the egg ramen is very good to have once in a while.

When I was growing up., mom used to make something similar. She used Lipton's Chicken Noodle mix, sometimes with real chicken, sometimes not. After cooking to boiling, she would add eggs and let it simmer for several minutes. When served, we usually added saltine crackers and black pepper to taste. Real comfort food on cold days. Today, I'm going to use my chicken ramen noodles and eggs. Maybe add some chicken and mixed veggies as well. Bon appetite!
I use a pair of kitchen scissors from the dollar store to open everything from season packets to potato chips to stove top stuffing. Well worth the dollar. 😉
I make ramen noodles with eggs. But I boil my noodles and than drain them. In a separate pan I put a little olive oil in it and sautée some onions and scramble my eggs. Once the eggs and onions are done add the already boiled noodles in the skillet, add the seasoning packet, La choy soy sauce, and some cayenne pepper. Stir it until all the ingredients are evenly mixed. And you have delicious stir fried ramen noodles 🍝 Thank me later

Matter of fact, you can add noodles (but not the ramen flavoring) to that lipton soup mix, for a more loaded chicken soup.

This looks delicious, I usually boil the eggs then add to the ramen, but this looks more delicious and faster.
I make ramen noodles with eggs. But I boil my noodles and than drain them. In a separate pan I put a little olive oil in it and sautée some onions and scramble my eggs. Once the eggs and onions are done add the already boiled noodles in the skillet, add the seasoning packet, La choy soy sauce, and some cayenne pepper. Stir it until all the ingredients are evenly mixed. And you have delicious stir fried ramen noodles 🍝 Thank me later
