One day they will all be replaced by automation. They'll be out on the street. Just another gang. A pathetic historical relic of a racist institution. This is how they will be remembered.
srthellcat707 my fellow human being: do you realize she was shot 8 times and left on the floor without medical assistance. That the police LIED on their report and CHARGED Breonna’s bf even after realizing they raided the WRONG house??? Forget you support White privilege or Cops: Do you think this treatment is LEGAL, HONEST, HUMAN? For once, connect with your humanity, not your fear. Regards,
@B P I'm pretty much in agreement with all that you've written, still, we sane, balanced, and reasonable folk here are in short supply, so we need to continue to support, and update each other: Based on my ongoing research: Breonna Taylor was far from a nurse; she was an EMT; that's not even a paramedic: To be an EMT in the state of KY you need only pass a multiple choice test, and possess at least a GED. During his police interrogation, Kenneth Walker claimed that he'd believed that it was Jamarcus Glover pounding at the door (not "robbers"). Yeah; when he got to jail, which was no doubt filled with Louisville's worst, and with word getting around the way that it does on the streets, Walker modified his story, and told people in the jail that he thought it was a home invasion ("no-snitching", remember? ). In his recorded police interview, Walker didnt name Glover as to whom he said that he thought was at the door, but in hearing Walker's description of the person, it could've only been Glover that he was talking about. Remember, Walker, and Glover were in an apparently contentious love-triangle with Taylor, as well as Taylor being one of the bagmen for the notorious trap operation; so you KNOW that the odor of "no snitching" can be smelled in every other word that all of those people speak, and truth be told, I've detected that odor in most of the Taylor-camp comments here on YT. Yeah; I said it.
So... I’m guessing everyone in this thread is saying this video is nothing but lies? Does a badge magically change human behavior and makes it impossible for people to abuse power and lie? And even if she was the “Queen Pin” herself, is that how our law works now? I’m so confused.
As a resident of Louisville all my life I can tell you these accusations are very likely true.. As a 30's white male, if I myself have been at the mercy of the LMPD in several non-criminal situations where the officers were out of line and very acting dangerously, I can only imagine what less fortunate POC have experienced. The LMPD is rotten to the core and I'm not even a protester or involved in any of this - just my personal experiences.
Her boyfriend probably used her as a meat shield. He shoots at the police but doesn't take any shots? She takes seven shots? How does that happen? Either that or she was the one that shot the cop.
@@gobbler5818 come on man, No police department obtains a No knock warrant and then announces them self when executing the No knock search warrant. If so there would be no purpose for the No Knock warrant, you would just get a standard search warrant.
Body cams need to be controlled remotely. They malfunction you're off duty! You punch in its on, punch out its off no excuses. These BS side convos offer alot of information on dirty cops. Locker room talks one thing but covering your ass while the cams off is another.
Jagd DoraII I think they allow the user to control it so they can turn it off when they go to the bathroom. But I do agree that there needs to be a better way to control them. And have neutral parties handling the footage. I've seen it in a fictional tv show once but I honestly don't know if it's like this, but in one episode a cop was able to go onto the computer where the footage is synced to and delete a video to cover his ass. But he did get in trouble in the end because the system something was missing.

Yesterday I learned cops in Finland are literally in school for three years before becoming full-fledged cops. So, basically, they get the American version of a criminal justice degree before they can call themselves police. Meanwhile, in the United States, it takes longer to be a hairdresser than a police officer.

After reading the LMPD search warrant affidavits way back in May, I KNEW that Taylor was involved; these brand new revelations reveal that Breonna Taylor was somewhat of AN UNDERBOSS in the trap operation. Sheesh.
Send the link to this " leaked report ".... where's the body cam footage? While you're at it look up how many time Louisiana PD has totally messed up their no knock warrants
@@antoniomitchell6558 Well, at least we Breonna Taylor truth seekers are making progress; back in May, when I'd started my own exhaustive research of this case, the overwhelming majority of YT Taylor-defenders were arguing me down to the floor that the police had "the wrong house", that "the police didnt knock", and that Taylor was "shot while sleeping", and that Taylor was "innocent". More and more now, the Taylor-Walker fans are scrambling; dancing like they're on amphetamines, as more and more proof of Taylor's involvement is exposed. Now; the cops have lied, and falsified everything, the bail receipts, the reports, the jail phone calls, everything. Now, a desperate Hail Mary pass is being attempted: the cops didn't find any drugs or money, the cops have mishandled warrants in the past, etc., etc., etc. Mountains of evidence shows that Taylor was knee deep in the game, yet folk desperately try to cling to a media-fueled fantasy about Taylor. Taylor was involved - heavily; even her ex-BF, places Taylor solidly within the crime operation, and if you are solidly within a criminal enterprise, for what, FOUR years, there is an ongoing chance that the level of risk that you've put yourself in is going to harm you. Still, you'll never be able to convince the Taylor camp of this, because of, well, Fred Hampton, Nat Turner, and Emmitt Till, right? Taylor's case is just like those, right? Sad
Just imagine this for a second. Let's say you are arrested. Guilty or not, it happened. Instead of simply putting you in a police car, and taking you to jail, a grown man walks over to you. You are on the ground, handcuffed, basically helpless. This man, this officer walks over to you and decides to tea bag you in front of his colleagues and who knows else. Imagine how degrading that kind of abuse of power was. You weren't beaten or physically abused in the traditional sense, which is bad enough. But you were abused nonetheless. They gloat, tell their friends about you. Good and bad cops alike. Even if you report it, you won't be believed because the folks you report it to are the cops close friends. Close friends who they themselves have witnessed do horrible things, yet protected in the past. Now you are supposed to "respect" the police. Do you think that suspect will have any respect? What if he retaliates later on, and physically harms an officer, largely because of that incident? And do you believe that situation was a one off? I can only imagine what I would be feeling if some man did that to me. And in the most cowardly of fashions. Just basing this off of what I heard here, and my own past experiences with bad cops, I'd want to kill that fool. And they expect us to stand for the flag? Yes, I respect the flag, and love America. I'm a vet as well. But that doesn't mean we can't criticize our government and police forces when they do things like humiliate and murder us on the streets and in our own homes.
@The Inevitable MadTitan You’re worried about felony suspects getting their feelings hurt...SERIOUSLY? Are you expert-level trolling or just emotionally-needy to the point of irrational paralysis?
@@billydee4272 I never said anything about "felony" suspects. Those are your words. I said a person who was arrested. ARRESTED. Guilty or not. Meaning, their case has not been adjudicated. That could be for any arrest. ANY ARREST doesn't mean you are guilty or innocent. That's what the process is for. A process you seem to be against. Which is UN-AMERICAN. The police's job is NOT to punish or humiliate. Their job is to arrest you, transport you to jail if necessary, or even let you go. It is NOT to "tea-bag" you, not even for a murder suspect. So for one, @Billy Dee, LEARN HOW TO READ, before you make yourself look the fool that you obviously are. The only irrational and emotionally needy person seen here is YOU. Dillan Roof was fed fast food after he killed innocent worshipers in a church. I don't want that EITHER. Nor should he have been Tea Bagged. His rights as a suspect should have been upheld, and he should have been transported to jail to begin the process, peacefully, and according to LAW. And I guarantee you, that officer who Tea bagged that suspect didn't arrest him for murdering 9 innocent people in a church, idiot. So gtfo with the clownish, UN AMERICAN bs you spew. And actually learn how to read before you make such a foolish comment on my posts.
@The Inevitable MadTitan Triggered MUCH? Sorry I tinkled in your tea, HUG?😌 You seem a tad bit slow-witted...yesno? Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty, so you failed on that one. And if you’re handcuffed after being grounded for resisting arrest (a FELONY)...then you’ve nobody to blame for your hurt feelings other than yourself. SERIOUSLY, Dylan Roof? What’s that murderous psychopath have to do with anything? FWIW, Roof didn’t resist arrest, and I wished he would’ve. If you think Dylan Roof’s arrest proves some delusional theory about an epidemic of racist white cops giving tacit approval of racist murder, then you’re an intellectual midget who refuses to confront the real reason for hellacious amounts of black crime and all it’s tragic repercussions...The Absence of Black Fathers in Households.

As for the police I have come to the conclusions I stated from stories my uncle who is a retired police officer has told me along with Information that has come out from investigations into the police. My uncle has told me that the culture of police departments as often ones of not telling on other police, of backing each other up even in cases of the officer doing something wrong. He has said when police don’t tow this line they are subjected to retaliation .This is where I think their behavior becomes gang like. They put their “gang” loyalty first, they then basically shake down the community for money. police departments shake us down by police for profit using asset forfeiture to take cash, cars and property from people and in many cases the people who have their belongings taken aren’t even changed with a crime. Revenue-driven law enforcement often does little to bring down crime it also weakens community because it leads to community distrust for the police and the people less likely to work with police.

Dude that’s so crazy about the drug testing. I’m an electrician and anytime we have an incident you are required to take a drug screening. We even had a guy that got a spider bite and had to go see the doctor and he was required to take a drug test yet police can shoot someone and not have to be screened? Same thing goes for oversight. We have independent inspectors that check our work to make sure it up to local, state, and federal standards yet police have no independent oversight. It’s crazy.

Lots of maneuvers and setting up of lies. AND make no mistake, in cases where cops are involved in unlawful shootings, the Prosecutor is also involved in the cover-up. This is why we need an independent Prosecutor who isn't beholding to the local police. That should be a no-brainer.
When will they learn when will the police learn. We need to put an end to this immediately by force if necessary. As an African American I should not have to worry about being killed by what is supposed to protect us. Our justice system is in need of an overhaul. New training procedures need to be enacted. Defunding the police will not work if we do not fix the issues that are causing this in the first place. This is happening all across the country and it needs to stop now.
Force will only give the police an excuse to be more violent. We need to defund the police and shift their money to services that actually help people. I know about the Tulsa Massacre and the bombing of that building in NY. It's despicable what white people have done, and continue to do. Defunding will do exactly what you want though. We take most of the police budget away from cops with guns and divert it to community-building, mental health systems and street agents, unarmed traffic cops, etc. Shaun King has a great pair of podcasts about this. I live where the now-famous CAHOOTS is. They handle the mental health crises in the area, instead of the cops, with a FAR smaller budget. It's ludicrous that we send people with guns to deal with domestic issues, mental health crises, traffic stops, etc. Defunding means turning money for people with guns into money for social programs and training people to handle issues without resorting to violence. It takes away the militarization of the police in the process.

This is just bad policing, and its been part of police departments for a LONG time. About 10 years ago i had about 4 to 5 cops sneak onto my families property at about 2am. Middle of the night, they left their cars down by the road (was in the country, so the house sits about 175 yards off the road) and walked up through the woods and into our yard unannounced. My mother was woken up by the dog barking at dark shapes moving outside her window, and it was not till she went to the window and said "whose out there?" that they turned on their flashlights in her face and said they were the cops. Had my mother first grabbed a shotgun (she did say she was freaked out by what the dog was barking at since the dog had never acted this way) and stood in the window pointing a gun who knows... she could have easily been gunned down too. I think a lot of Americans would have grabbed a gun at that point (like Breonna's boyfriend did) to defend themselves against an unknown intruder. And like in Breonna's case the cops at my house that night were there on bad information. They wanted to talk to me but it quickly was apparent i was not the person they were looking for and ended up leaving after about 10 mins of pointless questions and them not even bothering to check my ID (which i offered to show to them several times). I really regret not getting some sort of identification from the cops that night, but, i was young and being a white kid in the country never had an issue with the cops before (have had since then though). But it was just their attitudes that night that bothered me the most. All but one was completely smug about it and didnt offer an ounce of apology or explanation for why they had just roused me out of bed in the middle of the night in force.

Joshua Shorter After she was shot they had to take care of Walker and Breonna. House was not searched for this reason. No need to do a latter search because things could have been moved.
See? THAT, at the attorney general's house, was a PROTEST. Peaceful, getting their message across. No violence or looting. Well done guys. And Breonna's boyfriend... That poor thing crying while they scream at him 😔
Nick Arjomand he thought someone was breaking in and considering the “police” didn’t announce themselves, he shot out of protection for him and Breonna.
Nick Arjomand The police had a “no-knock search warrant” for her home because they suspected that the drug dealer they were ACTUALLY looking for (who was in custody at the time of Breonnas death) was linked to her. Her boyfriend did not have a warrant to his name. They were not looking for him. What’s a person to do if someone’s banging on your door, not announcing themselves, and your gfs sleeping? He fired to protect his own. I’m not apologizing, I’m defending him.
@Nick Arjomand I think he pulled his gun because he thought they were getting robbed in the middle of the night (the police didn't announce themselves)

Now that the truths are coming out about Breonna Taylor and her criminal boyfriends. She is the reason she got killed. She was dealing with drug dealers She even got caught with dead body in her car although she's never been brought to justice. He should have gone to a quiet room and called the cops. The police shoot in self defense. Which they have the right to do so. That's why neither of of them was charged. If I were the attorney general or the prosecutor, I would never bring any charges against these officers myself. I don't know why you guys sitting here on social media start blaming that attorney general. Is it because he's black and was supposed to be on Breaonna Taylor's favor? I don't get it. Glad that lady in the scarf said, 'We are here for the LONG TERM". As in other cases, like Arbaury's case, the DA is trying to ice this case to set the involved murderers free.
J.R. Spingly That myth was already debunked though. They said they got warned by the post office that drugs were being transported there. When the post office was asked to confirm they had no idea what they were talking about.
renkar820 Not necessarily. Just because you're a suspect doesn't mean you get arrested right away. Sometimes a case needs to be built (evidence, surveillance, etc.) before an arrest is actually made.
renkar820 when did I mention anything about believing negative things about black people? I was talking about building a case, and you interjected race into the discussion. Did I miss something? 🤔
renkar820 maybe you can explain it better to me. I haven't mentioned anything about race. I'm just addressing that sometimes investigators need to build a case. You might have enough PC to arrest, but not enough evidence for a DA to file your case, or for it to hold up in open court. That's an objective fact. If you can't elaborate more, then maybe you're just an emotional guy. There's nothing wrong with being emotional, btw. But it's hard to maintain a critical argument when you're in that state of mind..

Mattingly admitted that they consider Breonna Taylor’s apartment a not likely to be a threat and a “soft target”. They also claimed they knocked and announced themselves to give Taylor time to gather herself and answer the door. So their actions showed that they didn’t think Breonna Taylor was a dangerous threat and that they didn’t believe she would destroy evidence (because they claimed they wanted to give her ample time to gather herself and answer). So why the “no knock warrant”. It seems to me that the officers knew a no knock warrant wasn’t needed and still executed it anyways, being negligent to the dangers that it imposes. So charge them with negligent homicide, manslaughter, or murder.
@@cdavis7255 It's common in police departments to execute no-knock search warrants late in the night when it comes to drug activity with the element of surprise to prevent the flushing of drugs and deletion of information. The cops were there to seize anything in her apartment that was related to drug trafficking --- like phones, computers, money, packages, and more.
Mistah Unknown I understand the need for no knock warrant, but their briefing on the target and the actions at the door proved they never needed a no knock warrant. If you get a no knock warrant you execute as one, any other action proves, you didn’t need it

And let’s say you did defend yourself and let’s say your child was shot then they finally announced themselves as police. It would be your fault that your child died because you shot at someone you didn’t know were the police because the police needed to defend themselves....
Dennis A you have the facts completely wrong. They didn’t break into her apartment they were there serving HER with a warrant for her criminal activity with her previous bf. Her current bf who was inside with her opened fire on police AFTER they knocked. Shooting one officer in the leg. The police returned fire hitting Taylor who was in the hallway. Not laying in bed like BLM wants you to believe. This is why the police weren’t charged with anything related to the death of Breonna Taylor. The charges were for firing into a neighbouring house.
Ted Flowerpot Correction: he didn’t open fire he fired one shot the police opened fire killing Breonna and firing several bullets into other residents apartments which risked the lives of families near by. Also, the police didn’t announce themselves... if I ask someone knocking on my door, “who is it” and they never respond it makes sense to be scared because you think someone is trying to break into your home.... also the frantic 911 call from him reveals that he didn’t know who was shooting at him at. Also, the frantic 911 calls from the other residents makes it known that they didn’t know it was the police shooting... it’s crazy how the police went through ALL of this to give a warrant to a soft target Breonna because she was connected to her drug dealer EX-boyfriend. It’s crazy! A nurse can give a patient the wrong medication and get fired for her negligence however police officers negligence are just sweated under the rug....
This tragedy of Breonna Taylor's un-necessary death (in the presence of her boyfriend's gunshots at police) seems to revolve mostly around her involvement in on again, off again relationship with her friend Jamarcus who said on a police recording that Breonna was holding 14000 of his cash. It remains matter of dispute about Police announcing their arrival as only one witness said police announced their entry. Further, Breonna had unfortunately paid Jamarcus bail and arranged for his bond on drug dealing charges. Other entanglement included paying his cell phone, money transfers by Zelle and the rental of a rental car in her name, which was ultimately the vehicle in which a dead body from unsolved murder occurred. Breonna was photographed visiting the trap house where drugs were dealt and allowed Jamarcus to have packages delivered to her home and he even used her phone number as his contact when he called police about his stolen vehicle. It should be noted that Breonna was not charged with any of these crimes, but the involvement with Jamarcus clearly led to her unfair and un-necessary death. Truly a tragedy this involvement was not averted. Friends say she had drawn a line about Jamarcus ever bringing drugs to her shared home with a sister and neice. However, the ancilliary involvement financially and other ways with Jamarcus clearly led to this tragedy. I believe that no knock warrants should be banned. The police could have surrounded the apt at front and back door instead. Perhaps this case will get the no knock warrants banned due to this tragedy. It would be unfair to blame the Police for this tragedy, although we all wish for a different outcome. It is understandable that folks are frustrated with this tragic event, but still unfair to say the officers should be charged with murder. This was not a race matter, but a drug dealer affiliation matter.
Question, She got shot 8 times or something, how did he BF or whoever he was not get hit? Was he hiding behind her? If that's the case, how did he not take one bullet? 2nd part, Was she really the shooter? Whoever behind the door fired the first shot, if I'm a cop I'm returning fire in the direction that shot came from. I'm kinda thinkin she was the shooter...

@True Blood No, True Blood, that initial report has LONG been debunked; both Kenneth Walker, and the LMPD acknowledge that Taylor, and Walker were dressed, and standing in the hallway when the LMPD forced entry.
@Chris To my knowledge, Walker has steadfastly maintained his lie that the LMPD never verbally announced themselves; however, I'd read in last Sunday's NY Times that a truck driver, returning home to Taylor's complex at about the time of the raid, reportedly heard the LMPD say "police !", but claims that they only said it once, (which I find very hard to believe). I'm pretty much in agreement with all that you've written, still, we sane, balanced, and reasonable folk here are in short supply, so we need to continue to support, and update each other:
Based on my ongoing research:
Breonna Taylor was far from a nurse; she was an EMT; that's not even a paramedic:
To be an EMT in the state of KY you need only pass a multiple choice test, and possess at least a GED.
Remember, Walker, and Glover were in an apparently contentious love-triangle
with Taylor, as well as Taylor being one of the bagmen for the notorious trap operation;
so you KNOW that the odor of "no snitching" can be smelled in every other word that all of those people speak, and truth be told, I've detected that odor in most of the Taylor-camp comments here on YT.
Yeah; I said it.
@B P
My bad; forgive me for presuming that you were "sane, balanced, and reasonable".

Shocking Report Leaked in Breonna Taylor Death Investigation Shows How Involved She Really Was.
After reading the LMPD search warrant affidavits way back in May, I KNEW that Taylor was involved; these brand new revelations reveal that Breonna Taylor was somewhat of AN UNDERBOSS in the trap operation. Sheesh.

@Stephen thank you for the read ..honestly. But they didn't find any drugs or cash in her home and they lied on their police report too
@@antoniomitchell6558
Well, at least we Breonna Taylor truth seekers are making progress; back in May, when I'd started my own exhaustive research of this case, the overwhelming majority of YT Taylor-defenders were arguing me down to the floor that the police had "the wrong house", that "the police didnt knock", and that Taylor was "shot while sleeping", and that Taylor was "innocent".

The police's job is NOT to punish or humiliate. Their job is to arrest you, transport you to jail if necessary, or even let you go. It is NOT to "tea-bag" you, not even for a murder suspect. Dillan Roof was fed fast food after he killed innocent worshipers in a church. I don't want that EITHER. Nor should he have been Tea Bagged.

I live where the now-famous CAHOOTS is. They handle the mental health crises in the area, instead of the cops, with a FAR smaller budget.
Nick Arjomand The police had a “no-knock search warrant” for her home because they suspected that the drug dealer they were ACTUALLY looking for (who was in custody at the time of Breonnas death) was linked to her. The situation. And I started blaming the police officers who killed Breonna Taylor.
Now that the truths are coming out about Breonna Taylor and her criminal boyfriends. She is the reason she got killed. She was dealing with drug dealers
She even got caught with dead body in her car although she's never been brought to justice. I blamed the police officers for shooting many times and caused other residents to suffer. On the other hands, her boyfriend had no right to shoot.

But they knocked. Her boyfriend said that the first time they knocked it woke them up.

Correction: he didn’t open fire he fired one shot the police opened fire killing Breonna and firing several bullets into other residents apartments which risked the lives of families near by.
Thank you, i hope this message reaches female's who are in this same situation.
