I tried these jowar cookies; came out excellent.Only that using normal sugar the cookies were gritty though it did not effect the super duper taste. Thanks Rianza !

Yes it is sorghum flour..it is not pure white...it is off white in colour

Yes you can leave out wheat flour...and add more of jowar...yes you can refrigerate and cut and bake..
