- Today, I am going to show you my simple and easy recipe for atta or whole wheat flour biscuits. In this video, I am going to show you how to make biscuits in a kadai or a cooker, without using any microwave or oven. This is the easiest cookie/biscuit recipe you will find on the internet!

~Makes 20 Biscuits~
⅓ cup or 75gms Desi Ghee
⅓ cup or 45gms Sugar (powdered)
1cup or 125gms Atta (Whole Wheat Flour)
½ cup or 75gms Besan (gram flour)
1 small pinch Baking Powder
¾ tsp Cardamom powder
a tiny pinch Salt
a dash Milk
✅ FOR TOPPINGS-
1tbsp Sugar
2tbsp Pistachio Chopped
2tbsp Almond Chopped
handful Chocolate Chips
✅ FOR KADAI OVEN-
Metal ring

That's such a great recipe. I watched your video for the first time today and I must say I really appreciate the simple & easy way you told to make these cookies. I went to the kitchen made the cookies, and it was all done in 45 minutes (coz I made all at once in oven). They taste delicious with Planet Ayurveda Green Tea. I just didn't put milk, sugar, and pista on top. Thanks for your hard work, appreciate it.
