Tomato Hash Browns (4 people)
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 kg of tomatoes
½ red onion
2 teaspoons of salt
10 leaves of fresh sweet basil
10 leaves of resh peppermints
1 teaspoon of dry thyme
1 teaspoon of dry peppermint
1 teaspoon of powdered red pepper
½ teaspoon of black pepper
½ package of baking powder
6-8 tablespoons of flour
For the sauce,
1.5 cup of yoghurt
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of dry peppermint
Good to know:
